My partner and I stayed over Easter (sorry for the delayed review!), and we had the most perfect time. This charming guest house is a haven. The room had everything we needed, with attention to the finer details. Lorraine went above and beyond and kindly prepared us a pack-lunch breakfast for our 5am hike! Breakfast was amazing and I still wonder how the baked beans were so good...?! We look forward to visiting again.

The breakfast was fantastic! And Lorraine does the best eggs withiut fail everytime , The views were just simply beautiful and Lorraine and Alex were such wonderful hosts! We had such a wonderful stay, it was super relaxing and it reall is a great place to stay if you just want pure peace.

Stunning place beautiful area lots of things to see and do in the area layed back place. Hot tub was very nice under the stars breakfast was perfect great hosts nothing was too much even went and got flowers for my wife's birthday will definitely come again!

Although the location is beautiful and the property wonderful, it was the owners who really made this. I booked for my elderly mother who was travelling alone, and they could not have been more welcoming caring and hospitable. A comfortable property, well maintained, superb facilities and a stunning location. Highly recommend.

Everything was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent. All homemade by Lorraine even the bread. A very good choice of everything. The location was excellent with walks on the doorstep. There was a lovely lounge with an abundance of information on the surrounding area. We would certainly recommend this accommodation.

The window in the Mawddach bedroom wouldn't quite stay open as wide as we would have liked to bring in more fresh air.

Friendly and helpful owners. Our breakfasts were excellent! The bed was super comfy! The bathroom amenities were outstanding! Parking was very convenient! The proximity to epic nature scenery is terrific! The fighter jets blasting past overhead were really cool!

Nothing to dislike, everything was good

Location is great for the Mac Loop. The property is lovely and in a really nice setting. Room was very nice, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Owners are really friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing we didn't like but there is no facility for evening meals so make sure you research local restaurants and book in advance if you want to eat at busy times and weekends.

Oh, we absolutely loved it here! The room was very comfortable, tv with catchup apps, good wifi and the view of the lake, mountains and fields (and especially the curious sheep and cows!) was stunning. The location was ideal, 20 mins easy drive to Towyn, plus nicely located for many other attractions including Portmeirion, Snowdon and many others. Breakfast was superb with choices for our picky tastes and our hosts were lovely - chatty when needed, helpful regarding ideas of where to go but not overly so. Highly recommended.

This is a little gem of a place, peaceful, tranquil beautiful surroundings. Great hosts, nothing too much trouble, breakfast is delicious, and the choice of breakfast is superb! We stayed in the wnion room, very spacious, comfortable beds. This room also has a seperate entrance. This was our 2nd visit and we'll definitely be returning. We can't recommend enough!
