Breakfast was cereal, fruit, toast and croissants it was good, choice of juice or tea and coffee. Our room was spacious tv and Wi-Fi with an adjoining room for our daughter with shower room in the middle. Great set up.

Beautiful location. Stunning views. Excellent hosts. Extremely comfortable room. Like home away from home. Breakfast amazing. Very attentive hosts and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely return!

We were in a classic car so the lane to the property was not ideal for us but fine in an everyday car. Just a couple of small observations, we would have liked a lock on the outside of the room. The riser rail in the shower was situated a little too high for us.

Everything is just fabulous

Property is really nice and clean and we got all facilities and property it’s surrounded by hills , farms and deer farm (lots of deers) and it’s perfect natural beautiful place and very quiet and awesome place to stay … host is very cool and she give us information about surrounding areas and she arranged nice breakfast… 10/10 … Beth you provided best services … we are highly recommended this place and hopefully we will make plan soon at the same property.

The B&B is outstanding. It is settled within the countryside and you get the feeling to be in the middle of nowhere. Everything is just gorgeous at the B&B. The rooms are very charming and the breakfast gives you strenght for the day. Homemade jam, marmelade and granola are waiting for you!

The uneven road leading to and from property. A fair few cobwebs, spiders and dead flies in rooms.

The track leading up to it was very uneven , not suitable for cars lower to the ground, like ours!

Lovely B&B in a beautiful and scenic location in a deer farm. The views from the farm were amazing. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast. Cosy rooms and comfortable beds. We loved our stay there.

Be aware that the house is indeed a farmhouse, being at the end of a long narrow bumpy road. I wouldn't come here without a car.

Breakfast was very good (though Continental) and family that ran the place helpful and pleasant. Tiverton was an ideal base to explore Devon. We slept well in comfy beds.
