Katherin was very helpful, I had some issues with the plumbing it was fixed soon, amazing room, was very cosy, neat, and clean, car parking was private and secure with the Gate amazing experience, and I will recommend it to all my friends.

One of the the best rented stays I ever had. Really cozy place, friendly and helpful staff. They were able to meet us even past allowed check-in hours (special thanks for that). Also, totally recommend to order a breakfast from them. Next time I go to Birmingham, I know where I'm staying with no doubts!

Everything was top class. Friendly staff. Breakfast was one of the best I enjoyed. The beds were very good too.. The room and stairs were very clean. You can park your car free at the back of the premises .

Nothing, it had parking, food, pleasant staff and comfy clean rooms in exactly the part of town I needed... What's not to like?

Stayed with my mum and my two year old. Very clean, and good size rooms. Beds were comfy too. The dining area was beautiful and my mum kept commenting on how lovely the building was in general. Even the garden was lovely even though it wasn't in bloom yet (only photo I remembered to take). Breakfast was delicious and done exactly as asked (even my awkwardly weak coffee I asked for), and the staff were so friendly. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Can't fault anything really

Excellent breakfast, didnt need to eat for rest of day! Property close to friends' home for evening visit and close enough to NEC for attending show following morning. Secure on-site parking. Was given room upgrade on arrival, large complimentary bottle of water and room had 'proper' filter coffee and plunger (nice touch). All round, a great find.

From the moment you walk into the reception area you know that a lot of thought and care goes into making you feel welcome and at home. Katherine and Terry are wonderful hosts, the rooms and facilities are excellent. I had a king size room which was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable, it was like a home away from home. The breakfast was wonderful, and plenty to choose from.

What a fabulous b and b run by the best couple Terry and Katherine. Nothing was too much and all the extra little touches, like the hot water bottles and fresh water were very much appreciated. Katherine and Terry were very welcoming and ensured everything was to our needs. Breakfast was cooked to order and the nicest breakfast I had in a long time. Compliments to the chef..

Great find, travel in the UK frequently and Elmdon lodge is the best guest house we have stay in. Katherine and Terry were brilliant hosts had a warm friendly welcome, great with our little grand daughter. Room was clean, cosy and everything there that you would need, home from home good selection of drinks in the room and grand daughter happy with the chocolate bars. Breakfast, really tasty great choices from continental style cereals, yoghurt, pastries, fresh fruit and a full cooked breakfast, juices and a variety of hot drinks, still fancy something else and they will try and make it. Lovely garden area would be nice to sit out in warmer weather. On site parking, great location less than a 5 min walk to train station regular trains straight into the City Centre in less than 10 minutes and cheap return tickets, Why drive and park. Highly recommended great value will definitely return. Thank you Katherine, Terry and not forgetting Prince and Dylan

Everything was to our complete satisfaction, there was nothing we can think of that we didn't like, nothing.

Everything about the stay was wonderful, it made our weekend. Our hosts Katherine and Terry were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were clean and well presented with every facility you could wish for. Our breakfast the following morning was delicious.

Having to leave.

Simply outstanding. Katherine could not have been friendlier and went out of her way to be a perfect host. This is hospitality at its very best. Also big comfortable bedroom, spotlessly clean, wonderful quality breakfast , secure parking and excellent value for money. Will never stay at NEC venues again!
