Overall it was a lovely stay although the heating came on during the night which disturbed us as it woke us up and it got extremely hot. The sofa downstairs was a sofa bed but quite uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa. Milk in the fridge was out of date.

Location was fantastic, coffee machine was a nice added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short day.

We were early and messaged to see if we could get in early - we were told housekeeping said no - we sat outside for an hour - no one came out!!

The settee was a bit difficult for someone with neck problems but then that's a difficult one all told. The washing room out back was a bind to get into as somebody had left the ironing board behind the door and it basically locked it. as it had wedged against the door That same space didn't feel so clean, but was only area that wasn't. There could have been a few hooks just inside the door on wall to hang clothes from.

The space was perfect for short time stay, very well thought through and an abundance of coffee capsules to choose from for the coffee machine. Location was really good it was only short walk into city centre and trainstation with direct routes to York Knaesburough and Leeds. Beds were very comfortable and what I thought at least, with nice view over old grave yard from one of bedroom windows.

Cottage was beautiful, immaculate and comfortable. In a great location and could walk everywhere, super quiet, plenty of parking on the road. Would highly recommend and we will visit again.

Mattresses on the beds need replacing. Instead of a freezer in the property a little fridge would of helped.

Very nice cottage modern furnishings and excellent facilities. Dolce Gusto coffee machine with some pods provided :) cosy warm cottage with a smart tv good wifi and everything you need to cook and clean with. Comfy beds and excellent shower Overall is a perfectly formed cottage with open plan kitchen living area with breakfast bar downstairs shower room and two good sized bedrooms upstairs. .

Downstairs bathroom coupled with steep bedroom steps made nocturnal toilet stops a little daunting for people of a certain age!

Well within walking distance of the conference centre and Harrogate town centre. Very well equipped with free parking. Spotlessly clean.

Shower room quite compact and on ground floor, though modern and immaculately clean. No hanging space in bedroom 2.

Very clean and a quiet location. No problem with finding a parking space on the street, and 10-15 minute walk from shops/restaurants etc. Well equipped, modern kitchen area with breakfast bar. Perfect for short city break.

Great location, very quiet and peaceful and easy to walk into town. Parking right outside. Very comfy beds. Good little kitchen area and bathroom. Very cosy cittage which was perfect for our stay.

Lovely location in a quiet suburb yet walking distance to the centre of town. We had no trouble at all parking and felt very at home. My friend and I had a wonderful stay; the cottage was beautifully presented with lovely decor, a generous number of towels and lovely soft furnishings. There were lovely, homely touches like biscuits in the kitchen and toiletries in the shower room. The cottage was so peaceful, we felt really relaxed from the moment we arrived. Checking in and out was so easy, we got very clear instructions before we arrived and the Property Manager was only a phone call away when needed. Elmwood Cottage would be my first choice to stay at the next time I'm in Harrogate

The electrical issues were not ideal however cannot fault the owners / emergency contact more for efficiency and contact throughout.

The property on the whole was really lovely. Would definitely recommend & look into staying again in our next visit!

I think the settee was quite uncomfortable but this did not affect the overall stay. I think instructions for how to use the heating system would benefit the property. I was able to navigate my way round it but my husband wouldn’t have had a clue as previous reviews.

The property was ideally located for a short walk into town with great access to the shops and additional walks which we can highly recommend. The cottage had all the facilities you could ask for to make a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable making a great nights sleep in a very quiet location. The property was exceptionally clean throughout and lovely little touches to welcome you.
