How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Over all it was okay
The facility is super clean, the only problem i encountered was the wc . It wasn’t in good shape.

Breakfast an average only. A little bit plain options, that is why my rating was not excellent. Not much of negative experience. Nice affordable hotel!
Beds were very comfortable. That what matters to me a lot - a nice comfortable sleep. Noise was minimum from outside so that was great! Overall tidy hotel, haf the shampoo and conditioner. Not difficult to access the narest tube station to get to the city, also Uber boat!

Bit of a bun fight for the breakfast but staff were doing their best to keep everything topped up.
Have stayed previously when attending a gig at the O2 - great location, reasonably priced and rooms and facilities are great.

Nothing. All good
The room was like a smaller version of a Travelodge but was adequate and very clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom small but again nice and clean. There is an Odeon cinema next door (about 5 minutes walk) along with some decent eateries (Pizza Hut, Nando’s). Hotel would be well placed for the O2 arena which can be seen from the hotel and looked to be about 10-15 minutes walk away. Road outside is busy 6:30-8:00am but quietens down after that. Noise from the road isn’t an issue in the hotel. Breakfast was advertised as ‘continental’ but also had buffet style hot food. Breakfast was excellent

Therefore no coffee machines working properly, no bacon at breakfast! How can you have a traditional UK breakfast with no bacon? Also - a as a lone person, each time I left my table to get anything my table was cleared, including throwing away my drinks! - so breakfast was a complete shambles tbh!
The bed was amazing! So comfy and the room was overall excellent

Breakfast was pretty awful but thankfully we're not big eaters. There are only 2 coffee machines to serve everyone and one was out of order. No juice either. I can cope with most things but an early morning coffee isn't one of them. The queue was horrendous. There were almost zero plates and definitely zero cutlery. Food choices were ok but there was hardly any availability...the staff were very apologetic. Admittedly we were advised on check in 9/9.30 hrs is the busiest time so surely this shoukdbe taken in to account and not rationed...? Unfortunately this is not the first time we've experienced this at this hotel and also thankfully we aren't fussed about breakfast. But coffee...? That's another matter. .
We've stayed in this hotel many times when we go to O2. The staff are always pleasant and the beds are comfortable too. Ther rooms had very obviously been decorated since our stay last August (long overdue) which was pleasing. Not much negative to say apart from the shambles at breakfast

Breakfast wasn't good at all. Cold food, not a good selection and the premier inn breakfast far superior. Shame as it let the whole experience down. Was hoping for a good breakfast to keep me filled up for the day.
Location to the O2 was perfect, a short walk from the hotel.The hotel was everything I excepted except for the price, room was small but very well compact and bed was lovely and comfortable

Breakfast a bit challenging. Toaster seems to far away from everything else so no choice but to have part of breakfast getting cold. Food good though just organisation.

Mostly positive but there were a couple of areas in the room which could have been a bit cleaner, eg cobwebs around the AC unit, couple of hairs found in the bedding and towels, sink was a bit dirty
