Nothing. I had a panic when I got there and the key box wasn’t next to the front door. It was behind the front garden wall.

It’s really close to the city centre and rail station. It’s also close to the river for evening walks. Go down to the second metal bridge, cross and go back the other side. Really nice end to a day. Immaculately clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a lovely garden.

Parking in front of the house. I'm from Canada and I'm not used to such narrow streets. Once I was told I could park on other streets everything was ok. More detailed instructions on using the parking permit and to turn on breakers to use the cooktop would have been nice. It may seem obvious for locals but in Canada it's different.

Great cottage, just far enough from the action so it's quiet but walking distance from shops and restaurant.

The place was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and the garden was a bonus. It was nice to have so much space. The hosts were very helpful making sure we had all the instructions we needed for everything in a timely fashion.

Very nice, perfectly equipped small house in 5 minutes walking distance from Inverness city center - just across the river ness bridge. Nice garden with terrace to relax after a day of walking through the city or touring the highlands.

The parking in front of the property is awful, it’s on a narrow lane, fortunately there is a parking pass that can be used on the street by the lane and on the street around the front. Also the information for the Wifi was incorrect. We found the correct information on the wifi box. We were under the impression it had 2 full baths but it has one full bath upstairs with the bedrooms and a half bath on the main level.

The location was perfect, right by the river walk and steps to downtown Inverness. The property had a lovely backyard where we could relax with some nice outdoor furniture. The property has been updated with modern fixtures and was very comfortable. It felt like home.

Parking was still tricky, but the hosts do all they can and offer a visitor permit (which was much appreciated and well used), which opens up more places to safely park in neighbouring streets. It is possible to park on the street but it is narrow.

We loved this charming house in Inverness. It's location in the city is excellent to explore Inverness and the wider region where there is so much to see and do. We loved the decoration and comfort offered plus the tranquil garden for our dog. The rooms and beds were very good and the bathroom offered both a bathtub and separate shower. We would absolutely come back!

The description said there are two bath . It was not clear to us that there is only one bath with attached toilet and there is a standalone toilet which was quite a hassle for us

It was freezing cold when we got there and the heat was not on - we followed the instructions given and it still didn't come on. I messaged the host. She got back to me fairly quickly and the issue was able to be resolved. This was a problem though as we arrived after walking in the cold and rain from the train station and we were literally freezing for awhile.

The location was great. Walkable from train station, bus station and to many great restaurants/shopping areas. The kitchen was great to cook in and all pans and dishes were provided. I was happy to have laundry facilities. The bathtub was great and needed as it was cold during our stay.

What a gem of a stay! This place was clean, modern, cozy and fully equipped!! There was not a thing our hosts did not think of and you can see that this place is taken care of. They were also extremely kind and helpful. The location was incredible and within a 7min walk from the city center! Can’t wait to come back!!

There was not a thing we didn’t like about this property!

A wonderful way to spend holiday it a beautiful home. It was such a treat to be able to make our own meals in an equipped kitchen and feel comfortable like it was our own home.

A hand rail would have been good for elderly parents going up and down quite steep stairs.

Location was key to our stay. Amenities within easy reach. Kitchen was fab. Everything was spotless. Beds were comfy and we all had good nights sleep. Easy to travel to extended family in area.
