Some areas were a little tired and could have been cleaner eg. the rug in the lounge area and the armchair. I would have liked some basic shampoo in the bathroom, similar to what you find in hotel rooms.

Nothing, the issue with parking on the street was clearly stated beforehand and the walk to the top road was steep but short.

The Cottage was wonderful and the small touches made it exceptional. Allison was VERY responsive and had thought of everything.

This character cottage was a delight, with nice personal touches and very well equipped. It's in a great location for all the local amenities...within walkable distance.... The sun trap terrace has lovely sea views, just what you need at the end of a day exploring.! We enjoyed our stay with our dog, and especially the scenic coastal walks. Seating area is rather cosy, but it's not a dislike. It's necessary to have a table and chairs so that the property appeals to a young family.

Convenience of location was fantastic, weather was amazing and we utilised the sun terrace at the top of the garden that had a great view over the bay for food and drinks in the evening - loved it!

It wasn't a problem at all, but if i have to put something in this box, i'd say the main towels were rather small - we thought they were hand towels! Parking was also - inevitably, given age and location of the cottage and it being a busy bank holiday - a bit challenging, but wouldn't put us off a repeat stay.

Great position just far enough from main road so no noise. Quiet and comfortable. Would definately recomend. Free parking on main road on a first come basis. If full theres a pay and display a little further up road.

Wasn't a big issue, but a grab rail for bath might be helpful for getting in and out.

Would recommend staying here; Fisherman's Cottage was a lovely, quaint cottage to stay (only stayed one night, wish it had been more). It has a cosy lounge, comfy bed, a kitchen and bathroom with everything you would need, with both traditional and beach decor. Dog friendly (Nell and Caio enjoyed as much as we did) with walks straight from the door and great food in The Woodman. Stood and took in the view from the back patio high up, can imagine sitting up there on a warm sunny day would be good. Easy to find and we found it nice and peaceful. Would recommend anyone staying here to plan their parking as the Mumbles gets very busy. Will recommend to friends and hope to come back one day for another stay.

Not much! The bed was a bit hard for us but hard to please everyone there. It was a bit odd having to pay for wood for the log burner especially for a short let usually this would be included in the rate- but I guess for longer lets understandable

Lovely period cottage oozing character well located for Mumbles & the Gower - a really lovely area and our first visit there! Well appointed & cosy with a lovely roof terrace for panoramic views

Nothing, it was a great escape between Xmas and New Year.

It’s a perfect location for a quiet break on the Mumbles. The cottage is quaint with a very cosy living room that has a log burner that creates great heat and ambience. The upstairs has perfectly equipped kitchen, bathroom and main bedroom with a large, maybe king size, comfy double bed. Although it was December, the patio was great to let the dog out to stretch his legs and the views over the bay are brilliant. In 2 minutes you can be walking along the front, and in a bar or restaurant in a similar time.

No window in downstairs bedroom. Narrow one way lane so loading and unloading could be tricky if other cars want to get past.
