Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Excellent location, close to the main town centre, restaurants and bars etc. Apartment spotlessly clean with everything you need. Very quiet, nice surroundings. Overall we had a lovely stay vising my family. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Sharon.

United KingdomA very small thing but I found the front door to be a bit stiff so you had to use a bit of force to shut it. Not a major drama but I was worried incase I was disturbing the neighbours above or below me.
Very clean, modern with good sized rooms. The perfect place to stay when visiting East Kilbride.

The apartment was clean and practical. I was expecting 2 beds as I was travelling with my 16 year old son. However this is something booking.com has to sort, because at other properties I booked they were expecting 3 adults. So that’s something to be sorted I’d say.
