Cooked Breakfast was a little small for cost.

Friendly homely atmosphere. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection good. Evening meal, reasonable selection and well presented. Staff very helpful and not overbearing.

Some of the restaurant menu prices are i feel a little high but in fairness the quality and taste of the food has always been very good.

Clean room with very comfy bed. Booked the executive single and bed feels like a small double so plenty of room for us single business travellers. Restaurant food (evening meal & breakfast) very tasty. Stayed here a few times and staff always friendly. Not had a bad trip.

Unfortunately there is a water tank outside the bedroom window in room 20 which made a 'refilling' noise all night and kept us awake. We reported it to reception in the morning and they were getting the maintenance team to check it out

The deluxe rooms were well appointed with a lovely bathroom. Room 20 also had a seating area which was most welcome as we were there with friends!

Quiet location within walking distance to the centre of Norwich. Parking facilities at the rear. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent choice at breakfast. Already booked to stay again as so convenient.

We booked the Double room which was advertised that there was a bath & shower but when we checked in the room only had a shower, we mentioned to the lovely lady at reception and she gave us another room with a bath 😊 Very friendly staff!!

It took us a while to work out how to open any windows to get some fresh air into the room - eventually we worked out how to open the bathroom window.

no view from one window only a screen covering Aircon units., but this didn't bother us as we were only in the room at nighttime.

Convenient and comfortable. Had a lovely spacious room with sofabed and sliding doors to separate. Breakfast and dinner were good again. Our third stay and would stay again. Always friendly staff and close to city centre for strolling in and short drive to University

A wonderful hotel, well located in a quiet area within walking distance of the town. The staff were all warm and welcoming and went out of their way for us. The food was delicious and the dining room had a great atmosphere. We are already planning another trip in Autumn. Thank you.

We stayed in a room with an ajoining door to the next room with little sound proof. We couldn't open the window and keep it open to get fresh air in. It was very warm in the room at times.

Very clean room and bathroom. With a large comfortable bed. Good location with bus stop on a main bus route outside. Restaurant food is very nice with a good selection. The only thing i would say is the portions are very large, far more than i have had in most places before, and whilst most would see that as a positive thing, it means we were so full after the main we couldn't try the desserts. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

No shelf in the shower for toiletries. No bottled water was available. Ordered a paper for the 2 days ,only turned up on one day.Staff were constantly changing and needed some supervision to ensure they looked after the guests,this was not forthcoming.

The room was comfortable and freshly decorated.It was in a good location with car parking Food was well priced.

The car park is quite small so there was some moving around needed when people were leaving as they had been blocked in.

Room was lovely and very comfortable. I liked the biscuits/hot chocolate with the tea and coffee, and the fact that the room had a bath as as well as a shower. Would recommend!

We have stayed on numerous occasions, the hotel never disappoints. Location is spot on. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly especially the receptionists. Will definitely return.

Our first room was a little noisy (near the kitchen) but when we mentioned it, again we were offered to move

The staff were amazing. We were running very late due to a road closure and weren’t likely to make dinner at all, yet when we called to let them know, the manageress asked the kitchen to stay open that little bit longer. Hugely appreciated after a long drive. Food and breakfast were superb and all of the waiting staff were excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.
