Shower was a bit weak, but did the job. Pillows were not comfy (one wasn't enough, two were too much) but pillows are a very personal thing...wish we'd taken our own.

The breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and quantity; well cooked by Craig and served by Zoe, who made sure we had enough without being intrusive. Great location, so close to everything

It is hard to find anything not to like! The parking is tricky but this is nothing to do with the BnB and they have no control over this. An option of a feather/down pillow would be fantastic.

Wonderful hosts. Location fantastic, one street away from the beach. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. There was a fab choice of fruit and yoghurt on offer in addition to cereals and juice. Room was modern, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Cookies were such a lovely treat. A home from home.

Nothing could have been improved on.

The location was excellent and found it really easy to find. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and after the easy and quick check in we went to our room. It was just as expected and did not disappoint. Free Pool Table was a bonus and even lovely complimentary cookies handmade by Zoe were a lovely touch. Could not do enough to make us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for Zoe and Craig. Would definitely recommend this Guest House to anyone looking for a place to stay.

It rained on the Sunday but there was still lots to do.

The hotel is in a great position near to all amenities. Beautifully clean and well presented. There are a lot of good restaurants and cafés nearby. I was a solo female traveller and the pubs and restaurants were very comfortable and friendly. Great trip. Glascoed owners were really great. THANKS

Nothing to complain about in any area

I am Gluten Free and my breakfast needs were met at short notice without fuss with high quality ingredients, hosts were friendly and welcoming without been intrusive and my whole experience was enjoyable. I always think it is the little things that matter and I have stayed in other bed and breakfast where you are given 3 or 4 sachets of coffee for your whole stay, I was more than well stocked and it is those little things that register in my mind along with the free bags of chocolate cookies left out for residents. As a single man who normally frequents Travelodge and the like for ease i will think again from now on in.

No parking near the hotel as roads were busy but we managed to find somewhere 5(ish) mins away.

Very good location as close to the beach and other "go-to" places in Llandudno. Great and friendly owners, comfortable beds :)

Breakfast wasn't served until 8.30: as the event I was attending started at 9.30 on the first day, I ended up a bit rushed

Although my room was tiny, it was spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. And I could open the window easily, for fresh air. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and it was freshly prepared. I arrived much later than anticipated, but the owners took it in their stride, answered my anxious message, and were very welcoming.

Warm welcome from Zoe who had upgraded me from a single to a double. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean with a good shower. Great breakfast on the 2 mornings i stayed freshly cooked by Craig and very tasty. Was also there for the fireworks display off the beach which was very spectacular and free. All in all a perfect 2 night stay cant wait to go again.

A lovely guest house, the owners were very warm and welcoming, it is immaculate, and very clean, excellent value for money and the breakfast is excellent with a large choice.its close to all amenities, would recommend 100%.
