Lovely comfortable room, very clean, had everything you wanted in the room ie tea/coffee facilities, super shower, TV etc. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Easy to park outside in a great location with country walks on the doorstep.

No lift but we knew that before we booked. Another handrail would have helped. But we were helped with our bags !

Excellent friendly reception and planning for the stay. Immaculate room and very comfortable bed. Great breakfast, and bedroom facilities of tea and snacks. Lovely countryside surrounding the house. I will return next time I am in Nottingham.

We had a lovely stay at Grange House B&B. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and we had a lovely night's rest. Breakfast in the morning included lots of fresh fruit which was delicious. The host provided excellent directions so even though the place was in a relatively remote location, it was easy to locate. Would be very happy to visit again.

I was only there for 2 nights , so didnt get to walk and explore the area.

The location was great for me. Peaceful , lovely views and easy to find. Easy parking. Hosts were were friendly, kind and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious . Everything i wanted was provided.

What a delightful guest house. Kevin and Anne-Marie could not have been more welcoming to us and our two whippets. Our room was spotless and comfortable and we were served a lovely breakfast the next morning. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time we are in the area.

Very friendly host and a very pleasant room with everything you could want. Lovely bathroom and plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was very nicely cooked and presented. Suitable for singles or couples. Very convenient for Nottingham, Southwell, etc. Pleasant setting on edge of village overlooking open countryside.

The weather!!!!

The owners are quite exceptional hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a cosy room with ensuite and a superb full English breakfast. There was parking right outside and a huge grassy area opposite to walk our dog.

When we booked, we added a dietary needs in the comments section along with an idea of time of arrival. A few days before we arrived, the owners contacted us to confirm our dietary needs for breakfast & tea & coffee in our room & if anything had changed. Good information about places to eat close by, with information about the type of meal we were looking for :- pub grub - fine dining & which places offered these. From our point of view the owners couldn't do anymore to make our stay welcoming & relaxing. The photo added is the view from our room over the field at the front of the B&B.
