We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Needed to stay overnight near Aberdeen Airport. Aberdeen Airport Dyce Hotel was chosen due to room rate, at least 30% cheaper than any of the nearby hotels, only concern I had when booking was the proximity of the hotel to the heliport, although did not hear one helicopter during my stay. The staff were lovely, in particular, not fair to use as all of the staff from reception to bar staff and the chef in the morning were extremely helpful, pleasant and chatty. This hotel is extremely good value for money.

Considering our room was meant to be a deluxe room, our bathroom could have been cleaned better, there was black mould around the taps in the bath and on the sealant around the bath. The shower screen was quite dirty along the bottom. Drinks and food in the bar were quite expensive.

WhatsApp number never responded to requests for updates on confirmed order
