The room, too small. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the room, mostly the shower room.

The breakfast was excellent. All staff very helpful.!!

The bedroom had an en-suite but only an opaque glass sliding door between room and toilet. ZERO PRIVACY and shower was just stuck in the middle of the bedroom

The toilet... oh my goodness. The toilet seat was waaay too small for the toilet, almost fell into it at night, had to kind of sit sideways almost. Also the shower head had some pubes hanging off it... my partner and I flipped a coin for who would get them away.

Good price, very close to the lovely village, nice bed and big towels, lots of refreshments in room. Big bright windows and not very busy roads so slept well with them open. Staff were lovely too and accommodating for a very late check in and even offered a later checkout.

Although the redesigning of what had been an office block was very clever, it did leave en-suite bathroom with glass doors for purposes of light but artificial light within meant no privacy when using facilities. Did have an issue with insects that was unsettling.

The person on reception was helpful when we reported a problem and did his best to address it as quickly as possible.

Room was very small with very little space either side of bed, shower opened directly into in bedroom & toilet/basin were only separated from bedroom with a glass sliding door, bed was not the most comfortable. Not great signage/lighting outside - difficult to find reception at night. Car park said it was patroled but lots of dark spots, so didn't feel 100% safe leaving car here. We felt the room was better suited to one person than two.

Staff were friendly & helpful, very clean throughout, good continental breakfast, not too far from motorway & easy to find, plenty of parking, air con in room. Arrived very late - staff were waiting, no problem checking in. I was served a very cold cup of tea with my breakfast but this was a genuine error & was rectified immediately. Good value for money. I would stay again on my own but would want a bigger room for two of us.

Difficult to find the entrance to the car park as there were no signs. Small room but for the price, it's reasonable. Very noisy, you can hear all your neighbours but they were quiet after 10pm. The mattress was uncomfortable, you can feel the springs.

The room was very clean and the condiments available in the room were great. Decor and lighting are perfect and many sockets for all devices.

Second time I’ve stayed here and ants everywhere same last time but this time we had to be moved rooms as they was all over the bed etc , one guy said it was a one off but it wasn’t it happened last time we stayed , needs sorting out

Beds very squeaky whenever you moved. Found nail on floor of bathroom floor and a couple of hairs in the shower. Not every member of staff wearing a mask, entrance to car park confusing.

Half of 1 toilet roll in the room. Only 1 little milk carton and no sugar in the room. Only 1 pillow on the bed. Breakfast was ok, £10 per person - there’s no cooked breakfast. Just toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit etc.

Good location. Plentiful parking, friendly welcoming staff. Flexible check in. Comfortable bed, great size tv.

Sign on the door said room had been cleaned? Liquid on the floor in front of the shower, toilet was dirty..really not pleasant to lift the seat and see that. Floor hadn't been moped. Not good at all

As a whole the property was good, although there were ants on the floor in my room, which wasn’t pleasant.

Comfy, good value for money, in a decent location. Perfect for a nights stay away with work.

There were ands both in the bar/restaurant and in the room we were given The bed was very hard, and the two of us got one pillow each, which wasn't very comfortable Although the room had air conditioning it was very loud, and the room incredibly hot without it on

The restaurant was closed (COVID) and the bar was limited to what it sold.

The room was tiny but that wasnt a problem as I only used it for business.

No door in bathroom . No twin room which we had asked for . Shower didn’t work. Coffee at breakfast very weak

the bed too soft. the room is small so I need moving left or right the bed to slide myself in or off. we booked for two a couple room. only one paper cup and one set tower? the shower door cannot close properly? the toilet door should upgrate a bit?

Hot water very good! air-condition is good ok for short stay!

Little tissue roll leftover from moving in. No spares. Sofa for a bed in family room very uncomfortable. Had to place few towels to soften it No clear menu for breakfast
