We did struggle to park as I think all rooms on the property were full when we stayed but we did manage to park on the road

I was impressed with the little extras such as tea & coffee, microwave, washing bowl & liquid etc. It isnt a self catering apartment so I hadnt expected such attention to detail & was impressed

Car parking was a little awkward sometimes. Stairs were a little steep for those with mobility problems.

We were delighted with the location on the outskirts of Lymington and Wendy provided detailed information about how to find and access the property on arrival. She kindly permitted us to check in earlier than agreed as the room was ready for us, so we were able to fully enjoy our afternoon and evening. The fridge and light breakfast items provided were a welcome bonus. Thank you for such a lovely stay Wendy. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful weather, the Saturday market and walks on the sea wall. An excellent place for a weekend or longer given the location near the IOW and New Forest.

The host communicated really well and was very responsive. The breakfast was a self-serve bowl of cereal with fresh milk from the fridge which suited me well as I needed to get away early. Location was a short drive from the venue I was visiting in Lymington.

The decor. it was exceptionally clean. Well appointed with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, Tea, coffee, sugar a jug of milk cornflakes and museli plus a couple of bottles of water.. In the ensuite showegel, shampoo and conditioner. The bed and linen were .lovely. The attention to detail was amazing. Wendy is a fantastic host communication was fast and imformative. A real gem.

Everything was perfect.

The room was amazing and premises are located in a quiet area. Wendy has put a great deal of thought into making the room as comfortable as possible for her guests making sure that anything you may need is provided. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. We loved that there was a fridge in the room and that cereals and milk were also provided in the room for breakfast. There was parking on-site. It was great value for money and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Coming from a larger home we found the bathroom rather cramped. Not so easy to locate as the house numbering in the complex is haphazard. There was little to dislike as Wendy had it well organised and was so helpful.

To have breakfast cereal supplied was a surprise as hadn't been expecting any. There was everything in the room that we could possibly need from microwave to ironing board. It was scrupulously clean. Wendy was delightful and exceedingly obliging.

I have nothing negative to say.

My stay was perfect from beginning to end. As a solo traveller I felt really safe there knowing Wendy was a message away - she was really kind and helpful allowing me to book in early and offering me more time on leaving too. My room was cute, spacious, clean and full of everything I needed, including a fan - perfect for the unseasonal weather. I would definitely stay again.

We were leaving at 6.15 in the morning and Mrs Fry left us cereals and ample milk so that we could have something to eat before we left.

It was all lovely, so no negatives from me

Good for parking, comfortable bed, useful to have facilities in room so we could self-cater for breakfast. Overall attention to detail in room decor fabulous & much thought has also been given to the many provisions/extra touches included as standard. Although we didn't meet Wendy, she stayed in constant touch by text so no problem.
