Although we managed to park directly outside the property and leave the car for3 days, it could be difficult to find parking sometimes.

Very good location for Harrogate centre with the bonus of the nearby Cold Bath Road community of independent shops and restaurants.

We were able to park outside and certainly for one car I would say it is almost certain you can. A second car is a bit hit and miss - we were very lucky as a car moved when our second car pulled up on the second day! For our party 2 cars were required but I would recommend if possible sharing one car for the trip.

Loved the accommodation - very spacious and the layout of the bedrooms upstairs worked well as they were separated by the staircase and this meant there was a good degree of privacy.

House is absolutely immaculate. Good sized rooms. Great sized beds. Very quiet residential area with a huge park about a minute away. Great for kids. City centre is about 15 minutes walk away.

There was no guaranteed parking space but we managed to find somewhere close by. A slightly later check out time of 11am would have been great but I appreciate the property needs to be cleaned for the next arrival.

parking is difficult, we did manage to get a spot outside the house but there are very limited spaces available for you if you can’t get outside the property.

property is very well furnished with comfortable furniture. a short walk from the lovely park and only 10 mins to town centre. property is very clean and all instructions received relating to Covid were clear and easy to follow. very attentive host who was on hand as soon as we needed some help on the morning of checkout.

Parking was a little tricky. We did park outside the property with difficulty, to be expected in a town location I suppose. There are apparently spaces in adjoining streets.

This is an exceptional property, one of the best we’ve stayed in. Beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable and with lots of little thoughtful touches. Location is incredible, on the doorstep of Valley Gardens and less than 10 mins walk into central Harrogate.

Bed was a little soft for us. We were informed 2 days before that the dedicated parking space was no longer available. We were fortunate to get road parking close to the house on most occasions, but with 2 young children it would have been nice to have this worry removed.

Such a gorgeous property that is beautifully decorated. Absolutely perfect for what we needed. The 'home' touches such as Christmas decorations, tupperware in the cupboard, milk in the fridge etc were very thoughtful. The owner responded immediately to any questions prior and during our stay.

We had to leave!

The Coach House was presented to a high standard with a modern, yet cosy feel to it. A few Christmas touches and a few carefully chosen goodies in the fridge with heating on when we arrived made it warm and welcoming. It is perfectly located for exploring Harrogate. The area was quiet and felt safe - parking right outside the house was an added bonus. Raine was excellent hostess and was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely come back again and would recommend it to family and friends, too.

Nothing at all to dislike in the Coach House.

The standard of the furnishings and fittings was excellent. Superb cleanliness, supplying hand sanitiser, and they even supplied coffee pods for the coffee machine. Everything was thought of, to the H2K toiletries in the bathroom, to tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen. The Coach House was very central, and within 10 minutes walk of the town centre, and some very good eateries. We were very grateful for the parking space, as parking was at a premium.

Could have had extension lead to be able to do hair, no plugs near mirrors!

The location was excellent, plenty of restaurants locally, the owner was so very helpful, we had milk available, tea bags, coffee & a bonus bottle of wine! The beds were amazing, the cottage was wonderful to come back to, my friend & I just loved it & would thoroughly recommend this beautiful cottage

The property is lovely, really well decorated and comfortable with everything you could need for your stay. the location is great. A stones throw from the park and only a ten minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. The host was great and communication was spot on.
