There was too much noise both from other rooms in the hotel and outside - the windows offered little sound suppression so you could hear all of the drunken goings on at night.

The room was conveniently located, and fairly spacious in the main part.

Possibly needs shelf above sink and work top for storing food n personal bits. Possibly a ceiling fan as room was extremely hot at night with limited window opening.

Very clean and basic, but what we expected for price. Good location for town centre and roads in n out. Beach and marina walking distance. Secured parking opposite at £5 for 24hrs. Available at pub round corner. We'll worth doing n cheaper than road side charges.

they had instant coffee but no mugs. lady came just before 11 saying I need to leave and checkout was at 10 but website said 11 and my text and email confirmation only show check in times and not checkout.

I had a lit of trouble working out how to get into the hotel. I tried the wrong door at first, then it took a couple of goes for me to successfully enter the hotel. The steps up into the hotel - just three short steps, but they are very steep and short. There is only one hand rail to the side of the doorway which means if you need a help up into the doorway of the hotel, it's difficult. Especially when it comes to needing to input the security code in to unlock the entrance door. I would stress that this hotel is not for someone who has mobility issues. The 10.00am checkout! Could do with it being 11.00am to be honest.

A spacious room. Great to have facilities like cooking hobs, a fridge and a microwave available in the room. The bed was comfortable and freshly made. Lots of hanging space for clothes. Bathroom was clean with an easy-to-use shower. Location was very handy. Only a quarter of a mile away from the train station. The marina is also within easy access. I was attending a gig at The Studio which is only a very short walk (2-3 minutes) from the venue.

Good central location. Property is in need of external decorating looks very shabby outside. The room is comfortable enough. Only a stand alone electric heater which had a loose leg. Shower gel container needed refilling. At c £60 a night reasonable value for money. Cooking facilities odd. Two electric rings sitting a over the fridge. A microwave but no oven. Cutlery and pans minimal. Tiny frying pan and one cooking pan. One plate, one set of cutlery even though room could be double occupancy

No spoons? Long delay from online check-in to receiving the door codes - advise guests need to check-in minimum 1 hour before arrival or they will be standing out in all weather, waiting for access.

Quality linen & mattress/bed. Location in the middle of things. Simple but adequate self-catering for 1 or 2.

The heating was capped and locked so we couldn't turn it up, especially as it was minus 4 over night would of been helpful to lift it a degree or 2, The blinds didn't fill the window so the street light beamed in to the room all night! The bathroom/shower room was freezing, as lovely an warm the shower was as soon as you turn the water off you were freezing in that room,

The set up of the room/apartment was great use of space and had everything you could wish for, (minus an oven) Clean room, nice comfy bed, decent facilities Overall the apartment was useful for what we needed it for but definitely room for improvement....

No body wash in container in shower; very little toilet paper, and security alarm went off from 2am to 3am. This probably explains the mystery of why 2 sets of earplugs were provided in the studio.

It is very very basic but the price reflects that and you get what you pay for. It would have been nice to have a hand towel or dish towel. It’s a cool old building, but that means the walls are thin you could hear the neighbors.

The location is very convenient to the train station. The management responded quickly to some things we needed corrected. The water is wonderfully warm!

Beds comfy but modern wooden frame to high, in way getting out a bed. Would stay again. Sound.
