No complementary water seen as advertised, In the room we were in no socket near the bed as advertised on booking.com. No bedside lights.

Room was big and plenty of natural light. Liked the idea of microwave and fridge in room, and flat-screen TV with streaming services. Shower was very good.

Really beautiful house, I loved the little knick-knacks like the sewing machine and old telephone . Free on site parking right outside the property. It's nice to have keys to the front door to be able to come and go as necessary.

Character property with beautiful Asian artwork. Unexpectedly had a microwave . Beautiful large bathroom. Tastefully decorated. OOval bath, large shower and wash basin with red drawer unit

It is the first time I have booked somewhere we have to share the bathroom. It’s a personal choice for us we prefer our own. But it was lovely and clean so if you don’t mind then it is very nice.

The property was nearby to the sports centre we needed to go too. The lady lady was very friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but worth the price

I couldn't see a sign outside the house to see that this was Haya Guest House.

The room was nicely decorated, clean, with tea & coffee making facilities, the bathroom was large clean and warn, and so was the kitchen. The host was welcoming. A nice and affordable place to stay.

It was a very cold night and when we arrived the room was cold it was known when we where arriving so an effort to warm the room should have been made. It should be made clear what type of breakfast they supply

Took the host a while to answer the door but that was fine in the end. The bath was a beautiful huge thing, but the host told me guests can't use it which is a shame. Personally I didn't want a bath but it's worth knowing for anyone that might. Breakfast was okay but only a small selection really. Fine for me but if you're a big breakfast person, this isn't for you.

Lovely big room with a microwave and small fridge. There was also a TV, but this wasn't plugged into an aerial so unless you wanted to connect it to the internet and then log into your own online accounts, it wasn't useable. This wasn't a problem for me as I was only staying one night. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was shared, but it was huge and immaculate. The host was was really friendly. Only thing I would say is to let them know your estimate arrival time, as I didn't and then I was knocking for a little while before someone answered, which isn't surprising because it's a huge house so if you're on the other side, I doubt anyone can hear the door. I was allowed to park on the drive which worked well for me. There was also space to park on the street.

The breakfast could have included some kind of variety and continentality to cater for all tastes. I know that this can be improved and an arrangement made to cater for different tastes.

The staff welcome was very warm. the rooms and facilities exceptionally clean and sparkling. Very comfortable with TV facility with Netflix, You Tube etc. Affordable and comfortable accommodation. The rooms are fitted with fridges and you can store food and drinks. Quiet, cool and peaceful environment. Taxi service was excellent and arrived on time and took me to places of interest and preferred destination.
