View from our room was the roof of the dining extension, had hoped for a few more trees.

Massively overpriced food and very limited oprtions. £25 for a Caesar Salad is ridiculous no pizza options other than a cheese one that was £18 and you had to pay £1 extra per vegetable topping and £1.50 for a meat topping! We ended up getting a Chinese takeaway delivered for the same price as a salad!

The rooms were fab very clean and very comfy bed and you could control the temp.

Public outdoor chess game outside my window. Could not have curtains open in morning when getting dressed as people playing the game. People also playing it in the evening. Not ideal.

Excellent room with large bed, good aircon. Excellent buffet breakfast with loads of options. Quiet despite very busy nearby roads.

Car parking in our case (staying over) was a bit complicated, but staff helpful. Would have preferred one double bed not two single beds pushed together.

We attended the Diamond Wedding Anniversay and stayed over I was impressed by the staff both at the party and helpful to us afterwards. Smiling faces go a long way to the enjoyment of staying anywhere.

Our ages are 76 and 86 years old. Our only complaint was that the bed was extremely firm. Our old bones just cannot cope with mattress like this.

Would say only downside is paying for the parking but at least there was plenty of space and the parking bays were a decent size

On arrival we got a free upgrade and the room was lovely and spacious, large comfy bed and nice bathroom and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and again well looked after by the staff.

We always book breakfast but on arrival we’re told we hadn’t. Was told this happens often so what’s going on. The stay was for 3 nights so asked if they could do us a deal, no they couldn’t breakfast was £30 per day. So everyday we had to find somewhere, we were at an event so had a bacon roll for £3, and then chose to eat out every night Instead of eating at the restaurant, they didn’t deserve our custom. Great Italians in Leatherhead. Staff/ manager not very accommodating.

I booked a room with a balcony. I wouldn’t bother next time. There most certainly is not a view. My room was at the back of the hotel looking o to the air conditioning units.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and recently been re furnished. I stayed for two nights and had the best sleep in ages. Comfortable bed and even though the hotel was busy it was also ver quiet.

Long walk to the room but it wasn’t a problem as it meant it was quiet.

Lovely meal in the evening which we both enjoyed. Really lovely clean room and a fantastic breakfast. Apart from the coffee machine wasn’t working properly when I stayed.

The hotel is slightly sprawling, with my room being a decent walk from reception up and down stairs and with no obvious evidence of suitable disabled access if that would be required. The hotel itself is undergoing renovations at time of writing (Sept 2023) so the main restaurant/breakfast area is temporarily unavailable.

The hotel's location is very close to the A3 Cobham junction, offering perfect accessibility. It is set in nice wooded grounds, albeit there are major structural roadworks taking place surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful with providing a late check-out at late notice. The room itself was as expected of a Hilton.

Our stay was half board; breakfast and dinner. Our allowances weren't made clear at check-in. The dinner food options were very limited and the food itself wasn't very good. I understood the regular restaurant was being renovated, but due to the lack of quality, we ended up eating out at a restaurant nearby. The cot didn't come with a mattress so we had to improvise for our daughter to have a comfortable night's sleep.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Cobham, it was my wife, my 2yo daughter, and I. The staff were really helpful in providing a cot big enough for my girl, it was my wife's birthday and they made an effort to make the room special for her in response to my request, she was really happy with it. The breakfast was good, both the amount of options and the food itself.
