Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBooked 2 twin rooms and only got one and one double. When I said I’d booked two twins she said it’s just about availability. I then said I booked these rooms 4 months ago and I chose this hotel specifically for the availability of twin beds but never got much response , apology or any discount offer. It was no big deal for one night and I never made a fuss but my teenage son and his friend had to share a double bed together which wasn’t ideal and not what I booked and paid for! Also having to pay extra for parking . The car park is £10 for hotel guests and £50 for non. You have to pay this at the reception though but we never knew this until we left and put the ticket in the barrier machine. We then had to park back up and go back in to the reception otherwise we’d pay £50. A notice telling you this wouldn’t go a miss or the check in staff telling you!
Clean , modern,comfortable, quick check in,good breakfast, cheap enough, good location to walk to the TECA building in Aberdeen, good aircon, quiet for an airport hotel. Would have rated everything tops if it wasn’t for the problem stated below

United KingdomAs we were travelling with our dogs the duty manager didn't give anyone else rooms on the ground floor, which we were on, in order to not disturb them during the night. There was an event on at the local arena so it was expected there would be a large number of people moving around late at night. This was exceptional service as we had not expected this. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Ideally placed for Aberdeen airport. 5 minutes walk via covered walkway. Very nice building and appointments. Breakfast was very enjoyable and restaurant was quiet and well staffed.

IrelandOnce the bar closes there is not even a vending machine if you were hungry or thirsty during the night. I don’t think a lot of the hotel staff appreciate that quite a few of the oil workers who must be a high percentage of their clientele have been working night shift for their whole 3 week trip and they might want a snack or a beverage
