Excellent location for a stopover on the M1, very good value for money - clean, comfortable and welcoming staff. The swimming pool was an added bonus!

We were only left one set of towels on the 3rd day of our stay and had to ask reception for a second set on returning to our room late in the evening. The standard of servicing of the room on the last 2 days was not of the standard of the first 2.

Room was too hot no air con. Had window open. Swimming pool ladies changing room was a bit dirty. There was hair in the drain going into changing room and was still there next day.

Our booking via Booking.com stated that we had booked a standard or twin bed room but we were allocated a standard double room. The bed was too small for two and there was inadequate room to move around. Luckily we were able to move to a twin bed premium room which resolved the sleeping issue and provided much more space for a comfortable stay.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast food provided a good choice. Our first evening meal of chickhen liver pate (too much pate and/or not enough bread), hand battered haddock with upgrade to sweet potato fries (too many fries) and nourish bowl (Limp salad) was slightly disappointing. Or second evening meal burmese Lime & lemon grass was much better

Honestly everything was amazing but I would like to mention 2 things I hope can be perfected- * please add pancakes to breakfast menu * doors of the rooms are very loud - when trying to sleep can hear them open close and that was quite annoying

Great location , very very clean room and everything in the hotel looks well maintained. Fantastic room - bed for child was set up before arrival , option for different pillows and nice coffee/tea making facility. Air conditioning worked perfectly - just perfection. Great breakfast and staff was very friendly and helpful. They even had kids corner I mean they thought about so many details I was very impressed because for the first time I felt like hotel actually does the best they can and actually care about visitors. So so lovely and definitely recommend and will stay again.

the bar closed to early since our meetings finished at 10pm and it closed at 11pm. however, limited service was done after some negotiation by the organisers of the conference

Breakfast was excellent and the waiters/waitresses were very kind. the room was good value for the money. the beds were very comfortable after a long business day and evening.

Dinner and buffet breakfast was excellent. Fitness centre was great. Rooms were very comfortable. This is so much better then other budget hotel options. I was very impressed.

The pool area could've done with a scrub. The jacuzzi was s highly chlorinated it made our eyes run.

Rooms were fresh and clean. Shower was powerful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast, amazing food to suit all tastes.

The location was wrong, typed in hotels near Cosford this came up, said 6 miles from Cosford but in reality it was 60 miles so meeting up with family for an evening meal meant a two hr round trip the evening we arrived then another 2 hr round trip the following day to go to the airshow, so maybe you could update your information, apart from that it was a lovely comfortable stay 😀

The only complaint was that the juice seemed very watery and wasn't very nice. My children who generally drink any juice wouldn't drink past the first taste.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Food was really nice. We had evening meal and breakfast.

All staff exceptional, spacious and modern room. Swimming pool brilliant for our family stay, free towel use a bonus. Location perfect for our visit, close to M1 and nearby village of Crick with great pubs and a co-op. Highly recommended, would return without hesitation:)

Excellent value for money (we booked dinner, bed and breakfast). The food was lovely with a large selection ro chose from. My children loved the pool. The family room was spacious and the location was excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Whilst the hotel room rate was good value for money, the bar and snack options are very inflated i.e just about £5 for a bottle of water, £2.50 for a soft drink and over £6 for a bottle of fruit cider.

The hotel is clearly very family centric, with a focus on the little details to help make the place a welcoming and fun environment. The pool facilities are generous and the room is comfortable for families.
