It was very quaint and pretty. I loved the breakfast in front of the fire. The dogs were welcomed and the hosts are exceptionally friendly and kind.

It would have been better for each room to have it's own kettle, rather than go out onto landing to a shared point.

A very characterful luxury room, with a most comfortable bed. A great cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and homemade granola and much more. Welcoming host. Very peaceful rural location. Good directions to property.

The GPS notification needs to be improved cos it took us to the wrong farm saying we had arrived! But fortunately the lady of The Refectory drove us to the correct farm .

The breakfast was superb! The owners were most hospitable and welcoming of all their guests. The location was tricky to find at night time even our GOS wasn’t very helpful!!

Rough road down to the farm!

Characterful with a huge history behind it. Warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind hosts who were generous with their time. Excellent breakfast around a circular shared table.

Nothing we didn't like, but narrow roads to the farm may put some off. We were in a Fiat 500 so no issue for us and should be no issue if you drive carefully.

Room was great and hosts very friendly and hospitable. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer. Really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options. Close to Clevelley which hosts recommended we visit - really enjoyed day there but be warned there is an entrance fee. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.

Nothing to dislike - we had a separate bathroom rather than en-suite but it was comfortable and fine. Don’t rely on sat nav to take you directly to property- it only takes you to the nearby village.

Lovely rural setting in large old cottage full of character. Comfortable and greeted with cup of tea on lawn when we arrived by friendly and welcoming host George. Tea and coffee facilities available in hall way Large breakfast table setting for at least 10 guests and so you can get chance to meet other guests. Full English breakfast available with choice of cereal and fruit etc

Staff/other guests not appreciating that some guests were being woken up by loud talking and laughter early in the morning. The sign indicating the lane leading to the accommodation is too small and not large enough for guests to see, needs better signage.

We have to say that the description of "private bathroom" is very misleading. The bathroom is in fact shared with other residents. Personally it was not too much of a problem although a bit of a shock to find someone on the toilet the first time before we became aware that we was sharing. That fact should be made clear on Bookings.com website

The ambiance was good and the furnishing in the bedroom and bathroom was excellent. It was very nice to be able to walk around the farm and enjoy the peacefulness. Although off the beaten track, it was in easy reach of the coast and towns

We had an excellent stay at Hollamoor Farm. Delightful hosts and lovely breakfast. Our hosts even drove us to the bus station in the morning and were most helpful with everything. A great UK experience, highly recommended.

The little narrow lanes - but then that’s part of the charm of the place

So peaceful and quiet - nice to get away from all the humdrum . The owners were so welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.

The room's styling was a touch dated, but this made no difference to its comfort.

The room was of a good size and very comfortabe. The farm's setting was very pleasant and provided a quiet back drop for our stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming and provided a lovely breakfast.

There was nothing that was immediate

The rural setting. The location and quietness of the property. We were in the converted stable block. It was like having a small apartment to yourself, so we had plenty of space. Parking was available, which we appreciated. The green space open opposite was well kept and inviting with enough seating. The shower had plenty of hot water. We had breakfast on a huge round table with other guests, which was a great way to meet people and chat. The breakfast was lovely and good quality. There were plenty of hot and cold options for beverages.

Rural location clean and spotlessly tidy, nice friendly host Nicky enjoyed the setting for breakfast where everyone sat at one large table and had conversations with other guests.

The King Size Bed only had 2 Single Duvets on it. My partner and I were hoping for a King Size Duvet to cover it!

The welcome from staff member Nicky was really appreciated. She was bubbly, sociable and welcoming. Nick made us coffee upon arrival which was lovely. The general communication between the property owners and myself was excellent throughout. Finally the room was stylishly decorated, well maintained and peaceful. A beautiful location!

Nothing really. It was isolated but relatively close to my principal target spots to visit.

It was tastefully furnished with quirky extras. Breakfast was at a large round table so everyone felt equal and comfortable, at ease. I enjoyed cooked breakfast.

Rooms could be in better shape but overall was clean and you could feel that you are on the farm.

Breakfast was perfect, location Is good but you can only travel there with car. Owners are really helpful and taking care of guests. Lots of nice places to visit within 30-40min drive from this place so if you planning site-seeing would recommend.
