Great breakfast

Nothing that we disliked. One note, the shared shower near rooms 3&4, didn’t drain quickly, so there was about 1/2 inches of water pooling in the bottom when using the shower.

Great location, with easy check-in. We booked two rooms, one with em-suite and one with use of shared bathroom. Both were very clean, and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again when in Hereford. Great value for money. Breakfast was delicious, and staff very friendly.

Comfortable and very clean B & B very well located near the centre of Hereford. Staff friendly and breakfast cooked to order. Paid for car parking very close.

Faced an extremely busy road. Recommended parking didn’t feel safe, but we found a safe overnight car park within 10 minutes. Room on the small size. All in all, a very standard room with the essentials, we were comfortable enough.

We got a room that faced back, so very quiet. We could open a window to adjust the temp. Very comfortable beds. Shower was okay, but plenty of hot water. Hot breakfast available, and they would customise it to suit you. Self check-in.

No onsite parking, shared wc / shower, though this is advertised so was expected prior to arrival . A range of other coffees at breakfast would be nice and pastries.

Location great, generous size room, clean and presentable and as it was self check I only met staff during breakfast, to whom were very lovely.

Room was nicely furnished and clean but it was embarrassing to have to request that the heating be put on for a while since it was much cooler than the previous few days. Also, I felt that I wasn’t made especially welcome at breakfast, the staff saying, I thought that you had gone! Also. cereals were not on display and I had to ask. The room was next to the busy road, but I wouldn’t blame the owner for that, but I might have been offered a quieter room as the house didn’t seem full. ,

The breakfast menu was very limited - no cereals, fruit, yoghurt, etc. so no healthy option available. However, there is a Tesco supermarket nearby if eating a healthy breakfast is a priority.

It had all the facilities that someone walking the Wye Valley Way needs. Also, it is conveniently located for shops and restaurants. The self-service check in worked well.

Room was perfect, just what I was expecting. If your wanting a 5 star hotel then obviously this isn't the place for you but for location, comfort, cleanliness and value for money, this is it!

Re breakfast, perhaps could have offered some less processed/calorific choices - yogurt, porridge,fruit? The layout of the building is a little odd (originally two semidetached houses that have been joined together), so slightly challenging for those with problematic knees in terms of stairs to negotiate up and down to get to the dining-room.

Very well cooked and served traditional cooked breakfast. Clear self checking-in instructions and helpful, friendly staff at breakfast. Great to have windows that open easily.
