Very cosy and charming place. Wendy is the loveliest and most accommodating host and anyone who stays at her place is lucky. Her garden and continental breakfast were highlights. Will definitely be back !

Wendy was a great host, very helpful, friendly and she gave loads of useful information. Continental breakfast available catered for all with gluten free options to choose from. It really did feel like a home from home. Snacks/tea/coffee in the room. Whilst it was on the outskirts of Margate it is offered a quiet and relaxing base to explore the Kent coast. We enjoy walking and this was perfect for us and will definitely be returning. Like other reviews don’t be put off from the look from outside (look like an ordinary home). Really made to feel welcome and very relaxing.

The house was easy to find using googlemaps and the name of the stay could be clearly read from the street. The location was conveniently near the QEQM Hospital where we were visiting our mum. It is also near the beach. The room and facilities are clean and Wendy is a very friendly and accommodating host. Breakfast is exceptional as well.

Absolutely loved our stay. Beautifully presented, very clean and tonnes of facilities. Absolutely lovely host, very welcoming and thoughtful. Don’t be put off by the location. Yes it’s not in town central but it’s a 5 min taxi ride away that cost £7. Definitely recommend!

we absolutely loved our stay here. Wendy was so accommodating and attention to detail was incredible. Our room was so clean and cosy, it had everything you would need. Our dogs were so comfortable there and enjoyed playing in the beautiful garden. Breakfast was such a pleasant surprise, again catered for all needs and was very tasty. We can’t wait to stay again!

Wendy is a great host. She gave great tips and knows the area and surrounding areas very well. Very relaxed and friendly and welcoming. The room is very comfortable and has everything you would want. Breakfast is decent. Location is central for Broadstairs and Margate. Nice quiet street and lovely clean house - feels like a home from home

The only thing I would recommend to our host is to have the backyard patio furniture cleaned as it was a beautiful day when we arrived and it would have been nice to sit on the outside furniture although it wasn't very clean.

The property was located very centrally and easy to get to by taxi from the train station. The decor in the room was lovely and very well put together. I loved that our host had clean bathrobes and slippers available for us as well, really making it feel like a luxury hotel experience. The facilities were very clean and our host was very kind and helpful when assisting us with any of our needs.

The bedroom was ready early before check in. Me and friend stayed for an event and the owner had printed out various ways to get to the venue which was so kind. The breakfast platter was amazing, all types of cereals, meat and cheese platter, toast with various choice of spreads, fruit salad, juices, fresh tea and coffee. Can no fault the property at all.
