Tv remote not working and no response from staff across the 2 days I was staying so no TV for duration of stay.

Location. Very clean. Spacious. Well equipped. Nice welcome pack.

Ideally located, 10 minute walk from Reading Railway station. Well appointed and equipped apartment and it's proximity to good transport links makes this a great value alternative when visiting London.

Lack of car park, extra costs, no card for doors, so you need a key( card would be easier to keep in the wallet). Noisy from the main street. But it is a central location, so maybe if I get an apartment on the opposite side of the building, then....well next time. Check out 10am, extra hour £16

Checkin process was a bit convoluted and was not as easy/quick as other places.

Location - very central and close to train station. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Unfortunately there were still strong food aromas that lingered, potentially from previous users. It was quite light in the bedroom from sunrise as only blinds.

Spacious apartment. A very nice gesture of a small welcome pack. Powerful shower. Accessibility to town centre.

Everything was there that was needed for a stay, including a nice range of complimentary snacks and consumables. A few minutes walk to the station and city centre.

Nothing we didn’t like, was exactly as advertised.

City Centre location, surrounded by shops/ supermarkets/ restaurants/ takeaways; short walk from train station. Parks and historic Abbey ruins nearby, river Thames (including boat trips) also within walking distance. Room towards the rear of the property was very quiet, no noise to disturb sleep. Kitchen included washing machine and dishwasher.

Parking and unloading. No where to park as right in the centre and you can't get a car outside the apartment during certain times as you'll receive a £35 fine........as I found out.

Right in the centre of Reading, shops, pubs and restaurants all around. Little bit of noise but not too bad. Nice, clean apartment with plenty of room.

Wi-fi is funny, not all devices can connect to it, on some other devices some sites don't work. I've used my phone to relay wi-fi as a workaround. On weekend nights the street is loud with people.

Excellent apartment with everything I needed and more. The price is decent compared to other things nearby. Good location in the centre.

Mattress was a little lumpy but didn't affect sleep. Had to park in a multistory car park but was only across the road and not too bad in price.

Central location, nice clean well decorated apartment. Communication was good and the reply was quick. Apartment and facilities was good.

The bedroom does not get dark, even at night with lights turned off. A blackout could improve it. I wore and recommend wearing a sleeping mask. Also, it was a bit noisy sometimes, especially during the late hours. However nothing that would totally your night of sleep.

Cosy apartment with excellent location at the heart of Reading town centre. Comfortable space with sofas, hangers at convenient positions, and a large wardrobe in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher included. The staff provided us with some goodies and special great discounts to restaurants nearby, as well as with a guide with clear and detailed instructions to appliances and places around one could visit and enjoy.
