I didn’t like how the toilet/shower room is being built. It looks like the portable washroom.

The room is clean but too small. I like the amenities such as hair dryer, iron, phone, and safety box. I loved the breakfast buffet included in the price. The food was fantastic and the staff were very approachable.Also, it was near Southwark metro station which was accessible wherever we went

I prefer a softer matrass.

Everything was very clean and staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast! For me, the bed was too hard and the bathroom showed signs of age. Overall a very nice place to stay. The bus from St.Pancrass stopping in front was a nice bonus.

My room was next to the elevator and it was a bit of noise every time someone walked by. I'm sure other rooms get less noise.

The front office staff were extremely helpful and answered every question we had prior to arrival with courtesy and accurate information. Breakfast was good and replenished regularly. The room was adequate for a city stay. Beds and pillows were fine, lots of hot water for showers. Compared to other hotels that cost more this is good value for the price.

As a suggestion, it could be provided face towel and body lotion, since these two itens are very common to be offered by the hotels of the same category.

Room with good exploitation of the reduced space: although it was small, it was very comfortable! Clean, quiet and very practical.

Very strict on check-in times, but you can leave the bags at the reception.

Central location, easy to reach via subway. Close to all touristic sites in London. Rooms where clean. I recommend this hotel for a city break.

A bland reception (staff and decor) which is a shame but didn't affect our experience.

This is an excellent location near to Waterloo and Blackfriars stations. A very comfortable bed. We didn't try the breakfast which was extra. Check-in was 15.00 and check-out was 12 noon which was a bonus and meant we didn't feel rushed.

Good variety at breakfast. Comfy and spacious room. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Must give a special mention to the barman who made the best Porn Star Martini (on duty Sat 27th April at last orders).

I arrived back late from an event and fell into bed, so it wasn't until the morning that I discovered the hair dryer didn't work, nor did the TV remote or the kettle. The kettle was actually faulty with a base which came away as the kettle was lifted, exposing the wiring. I had to leave early to catch a train but reported these on leaving (with wet hair). Maybe cleaning staff could check that all functions?

The hotel was very well situated for an event I was attending. Staff were delightful and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I love the fact that you don't have to queue to check out. you simply check in then drop your card in a box when leaving. Taxis can stop right outside the door, too.

Shiny carpet. Bathroom step up pod. I felt a bit unstable. But my balance isn't great. Poached eggs hard, not runny.

The location is fantastic. We can easily get overground to Waterloo East and use Southwark Exit. (Tescos there outside Southwark too). We had friends staying by Blackfriars Bridge and we could easily walk there. (Gail's Bakery on route). The ibis was clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Bed comfy. We asked for another pillow which was bought up. Reception quick to answer calls. Quiet. Maybe could hear water system in other rooms but no noise issues. Bathroom is like a pod you step up into. Shower good. Shower gel. Hair conditioning shampoo if needed. Kettle you have to use low plug and put kettle on floor or at bedside table. Carpet flat and bit shiny. Not old just the style. I did slip a little with socks on, and anti slip in shower not too effect once shower gel used. Just to note if you have mobility issues. Our room was on 10th floor. Breakfast good. There's a bar, restaurant if you don't want to go out for food. Bag storage available. Would stay again.
