It exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable price point.

Cleanliness issues in the bathroom, it was still well-maintained overall. The sick plug was broken and there are stains on the floor along with scuff marks on the walls.

The affordable price point. The room provided all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay, Bathroom was very nice. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the check-in and check-out processes a breeze. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at, and I would definitely consider returning in the future. For anyone seeking a budget-friendly accommodation option without sacrificing comfort, I highly recommend giving this hotel a try.

First time I've stayed since the refurb, and it was lovely. The beds/pillows were very comfy and the staff in the restaurant were very nice and friendly. All you can eat breakfast thrown in too, what mire could a bloke ask for.

It’s not exactly a dislike as such but would have liked better lighting in the room. The recessed area where kettle is had no light at all. Difficult to see when drying hair as obviously can’t do that in the bathroom. Just a little niggle that’s all.

Excellent central location. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Extremely dog friendly . Delicious breakfast.

Room STUNK of stale smoke. There was a slice of tomato stuck to the front of the food menu in the room. Hairs in the shower tray and dust cobwebs along top of the room.

Great location - just off the M6. The room was a good size, nice comfy bed. Spacious bathroom and good shower. Food was standard Toby Carvery - same everywhere and was reliably okay. Was travelling from Leicester to Skye, and Glasgow is nicely placed halfway, so this was an ideal stop over.

WiFi.... no WiFi. No shop near by so you have to drive to the nearest town if you require anything (not the hotels fault). Breakfast didnt open/ wasnt ready until after 0700, and when it was ready some items where cold. I did mention it but i got snarled at.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was decent and good value. room very tidy and spacious. bed very comfy and ample pillows, considering its near a motorway its not to loud, yes you can hear the motorway but its not loud enough to disturb you.

Room for maximum of 2 people yet only 1 chair! Tap in bathroom sink broke (room 7) Toby carvery meal not brilliant but meat OK. But this can be a little hit and miss wherever you go.... oh and no real ale.

Lovely clean room, nice large screen telly, large spacious bed, mattress ok but pillows a bit small and hard. Brilliant all you can eat breakfast.

Staff at check-in appeared to assume we had visited before and just gave us room keys and provided no explanation of where rooms were. No information was provided on times of food, bar opening times, etc. We had just driven 6 and half hrs, so this was poor. We chose to have a carvery and sat at a table to be told by a female staff member 'the table was reserved and to move, then told to stay, and then told in future to not just sit at a table' however, nobody had taken the time to explain it was table service or how we go about ordering. We then sat not sure if we could go up to the carvery and had to find another staff member to ask. The lady who then became our server was very nice and provided a good service.

Room was spacious and clean, great beds and shower, easy drive into Glasgow city. The lady who did become our server was very good and friendly. Breakfast was great as was the carvery.
