Decor needs some refresh especially the bathroom. Not much shelving space. Bed was comfortable. Not much of a desk for my laptop No water or biscuits or fridge but

It was all very comfortable. There were no wow factors but it was a nice place. Great location for the town centre and amenities. Great for where I was working. Literally round the corner

Room very cramped, decor jaded, cracks in sink and bath. A bit stuffy but very hard to open window. Noisy from street sounds till the early hours

- No conditioner in the bathroom. - No extractor fan in the bathroom… - The staff turned all the water off at around 11 am in the morning which wasn’t ideal as I was showering and getting ready for a wedding. They turned it back on when we called the front desk, but they needed to know when we were done using it so they could turn it back off for “maintenance” which made me feel rushed. I’ve never experienced a hotel turning off your access to water before!

- Staff were friendly and helpful. - Room was a decent size and had most things we needed. - A short walk from main stations in Glasgow. - Located very near to coffee shops and restaurants.

The rooms were quite dated and need some care - the walls had damp and were very small which made it hard to walk around - if you have large luggage it might be worth considering where you’re going to put it

My only Criticism would be the bathroom looked tired and warn out there was a lot off silicon sealer used over old silicon around the tiles the shower gel holder was broken in the shower and a biscuit with your cup of tea in your room would have been a nice touch.

An ideally located Hotel with onsite parking to the rear of the Hotel, Staff were Accommodating and Friendly, Breakfast was of a nice choice and enjoyable no complaints there. Beer was expensive so only had the one, on my first nights stay, from then on I walked across to St Georges Square to find much better priced pint.

The only things which in hindsight we should have known and said at the time were: we had a front facing room and it’s based on a busy street so was a little nosy but did have good curtains so blocked out lights! And the bar was very simple and we had a port which I would recommend pouring away as it wasn’t the nicest but that’s just our taste.

Conveniently located hotel with friendly staff and a clean tidy room that was very comfortable. Also got a parking space which is based behind the hotel which was good. The breakfast was very yummy and a great selection! Staff were all friendly and happy to give us ideas and knowledge. We also had a lovely visit to the transport museum on the riverside and the war memorial which was beautiful.
