Jay and Laura went out of their way to make sure my stay had absolutely everything I needed, from a great parking place to a superb Indian takeaway.

Loved the room we were in at the front of the house ,the beds were so comfy i actually slept all nite, the location was really quiet ,the hosts were fantastic nothing was an issue if you needed anything ,we had a brilliant 2 days as it was my birthday weekend and we certainly will be booking again ,

amazing! couldn’t ask for better! Laura greeted us and after a problem with my payment we got all sorted and headed upto our room which jay led us too, amazing hosts! we stayed 21st may - 22nd in the Isabella room! beautiful and clean! 100% coming back!

Jay and Laura are fantastic hosts! So welcoming and friendly. Nothing was any hassle. The family suite was lovely, clean and spacious. Amazing breakfast. Felt at ease, like home from home. Comfy beds. 2 toilets, bonus with 2 teenagers 😄 Will definitely be booking again 😊

Nothing everything was perfect!

Very friendly and helpful. Room was warm and very clean. Substantial breakfast cooked perfectly with as much toast and hot drinks as wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and absolutely stay again.

We stayed over bank holiday and weekend with two children. Laura and Jay made us feel welcome instantly. Getting to our room we was shocked at how clean and well presented it was! Some places in Blackpool are hit and miss but here we had no faults at all! Beds were comfortable and clean. We all slept really well! The room was IMMACULATE! Our children were happy they had a separate room with their own television :-) Breakfast was on another level!! AMAZING! I requested a poached egg and I must say it was the best poached egg I’ve ever had and that is many! Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection! They even took the time to speak to our children and gave them attention. Laura even went out of her way to ask my youngest, who is a very fussy eater, which cereal she would prefer in the morning. She told us if there was something we wanted and they didn’t have then she would nip out to buy it specially! We thought this was so kind and thoughtful. Definitely go the extra mile for their guests! Thankyou so much Laura and Jay. We will certainly return in the future! Look forward to seeing you both again! :-)

We booked an adjoining family room which meant the boys had their own room whilst still under our supervision. Breakfast was fantastic and the owner makes best poached eggs ever! Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location not far from North Pier. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stay hete again.
