Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI stayed the night before my wedding and on the night of my wedding. It was just what we wanted and the staff were lovely and provided everything we needed. We had 5 rooms the first night and 7 the following night. Breakfast was lovely, great value for money and was served quickly. The rooms were all slightly different and were clean and comfortable. There was a fan heater which was good as I was a little cold in the morning but the room soon warmed up.

United KingdomThe quality of the bed linen was old and scratchy and lots of mould in loo/wash/shower room. No full length mirror, no chair or dressing table space to make up or style hair with a socket for a dryer or a straightener. No coffee sachets on complementary tray.

United KingdomWe didn’t look closely at the info about the restaurant shutting at 6 pm on a Sunday but apparently you can get food delivered.
Charming pub in a lovely location and very close to the airport, petrol station, Tesco Express and Asda and even closer to the car rental drop off. A great big fish & chip restaurant nearby (stop there if you book a Sunday as the pub restaurant shuts at 6 pm on a Sunday). It was very quiet, had lovely biscuits to go with complimentary tea/coffee.
