Lovely spacious accommodation in the heart of Harrogate.Brilliant for walking to all amenities. Exceptionally clean and well organised with thoughtful touches everywhere. Warm flat which was needed for a cold December weekend. Good communication with staff. It was my husbands 70th birthday and they had left a gift box and card.

The wait for the keys.

Location excellent. Facilities excellent. Communication prior to arrival could not have been better. We did have a problem with collecting keys. Lydia answered my call promptly and promptly sorted the problem. She also gave us some really good advice regarding transport to the GYS . Thank you

The only thing I would liked was to be about to watch live TV, i.e BBC1 ITV, but I couldn't find these, most channels were catchup or prime video and Netflix. The other thing I did miss was a radio, maybe they could but one like an echo dot with alexa, that are only about £40. I stayed 4 nights, if I had been staying longer I would like to have the apartment services with at least a change of towels.

The apartment was well equipped with almost everything from cutlery to microwave and coffee pod machine. The location of the apartment was excellent and only a 5 minute walk into town.

Property was very spacious decorated to a good spec ,good location to the town with private parking everything you could need was in the property even supplying coffee pods. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Harrogate.

I really don't have anything bad to say, but perhaps to go even further by putting some Milk in the fridge. That said shops are only 2 minutes walk away.

The apartment was lovely, old building and very modern with everything you need for a stay away from home. Right from the word go of booking the communication was fantastic. The main room was open plan with wonderful large double-glazed windows for views across the street. Nespresso machine with capsules, tea & coffee, quality bath/shower products. The hosts clearly did their home work here and we look forward to staying again soon. FREE PARKING TOO 10/10

A heads-up should be made that not only is the apartment on the first floor, but access to the bathroom is via a short stair. It wasn't an issue for us - and the host had equipped the bathroom with night lights to help navigate in the dark! - but something to consider. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, but local restaurants can get busy quickly and book out early, so either plan ahead with your reservations or bring some food as a fallback!

Great central location in Harrogate, right across the road from the Convention Centre, where we happened to be working. While positioned on the main King's Road, there was no disturbance from traffic, and the access also made it easier for us to load and unload our luggage. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the place was spotless on arrival, with everything we needed for our extended weekend stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

King's View is a lovely hideaway and a place to recharge yet at the same time central and close to all local amenities. The decor is beautiful with lovely pieces of artwork and other touches around the home. The furniture is comfortable and bedding, towels etc... good quality and soft. I loved how everything had been thought about for my stay and the added touch of eco products just made me smile. I had no problems with parking (around the back of the building) and loved being across the road from The Harrogate Convention Centre, where I had been prior to my stay. A wonderful place to stay and ticks all boxes.. Business, leisure and rest. ✅ Thank you x

Cold bathroom, no sofa to relax on. two accent chairs great but a sofa is a must. Consider swapping a one of the accent chairs with a sofa.

Would have preferred a sofa in front room, and a real double or larger bed, not two singles pushed together.

Location was great, really local and easy to reach all attractions. Very clean tidy, well stocked kitchen.

The heating system- instructions ask you not to touch the heating, so we relied on the small fan heaters to stay warm.

The apartment is a bright, comfortable space equipped with everything we needed. Central location meant we could walk to bars and restaurants. The place and host could not have been better.
