See above! Also no Internet at all whilst there. When I questioned the Non-Receptionist, she said it was beamed from HQ and I only came on an hour ago and I don't know how to deal with this problem. Hopeless. Otherwise cheap and cheerful.

Stayed here a few times in last 6 months. Being refurbished presently. Large bar and restaurant area but pricey drinks. London prices in Kings Lynn! Good location for main road routes. Strange to have someone always at Reception but you have to use a machine to self-check-in. Bizarrely, they have to show you how to do it, too! In this process you have to present a credit card to take a £1 charge for incidental breakages??? Then the machine produce your room card. Then you have to register your car in another machine to avoid a ticket but the NR (Non- Receptionist) did not explain that this was necessary. I even had to ask how long this was valid: 24hrs. A receptionist could complete these tasks in moments!?!? What are they paid for?

Room decor very dark Bath not used as it was far too small - you would be better to take the bath out and have a longer shower area. Doors in the corridor very noisy when shut - perhaps you could adjust the closing mechanisms?

We had need to bring our dinner back to the hotel. We found a table away from the restaurant for all of us to eat the food. As we were eating, the staff came over to us and told us we could only eat outside food in our individual rooms. I was amazed. I find this to be a really poor hotel policy at this hotel.

The property was clean and comfortable. Access to essential things was nearby.

Having read previous reviews regarding poor quality of meals we were very pleased with quality of breakfast and main meals. Some people complain for the sake of it . Waitress service was also very good and all staff in general were polite and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Many thanks Peter & Mona Stewart

There was no room service over the three nights I was there, so consumables were not replaced. I chose it because it had an on-site restaurant, so I wouldn't need to drive into King's Lynn in the evening, but at short notice, they closed the restaurant, which was inconvenient. The mega gyratory roundabout you had to negotiate to get onto the industrial estate where the hotel was.

The room had a bath. Good sized television. Parking. On-site restaurant.

The food was not value for money and sadly we only used the lovely restaurant facilities for dining once. Breakfast could have been better with plenty of choice but some things over cooked and others under cooked. The coffee making machine was not good. Room service is not provided unless you stay 4+ nights

The Location is great and easy to find and park. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and tidy with no frills.

- Amenities were not cleaned well enough - cups weren't cleaned adequately, and my friends found a slice of salami on the chair in their room :D - Bad smell from the drainage system - The toilet was not too clean (no flushing water after cleaning or after someone had used it)
