Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located near key attractions. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Stunning views and all the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom water heater system could be improved

The thoughtfulness and attentiveness of the host. She knew shops were closed on Dec 25 and no train on both Dec25-26. Hence, she has food like cornflakes, coffee, tea, jams, butter ready for us in case we run out of food. When we were stranded in Inverness, she even try to help us with alternative accommodation as the existing one was already fully booked.

The elevator was not working and we had to carry bags up a flight but was not bad.

It was very clean and comfortable. Had a clean tub and shower. Had laundry facilities and key management was easy. When we had a question the host was quickly and pleasantly responsive. Would recommend in lovely Inverness!

It was surprisingly spacious. It had everything we needed to use the house and space. Generous amount of towels, toilet paper and a bunch of items to help with preparing your meals, from tea, coffee, cereals, etc. The beds were very comfortable. And we enjoyed a relaxing time while in the house. It was a quiet neighborhood, great location, very close to the station and some nice coffee shops and restaurants. The host was really kind and tried their best to help us check in a bit earlier. We had clear and friendly communication.

This is an excellent apartment, very near parking, bus station & train station for arrival. Walking distance to many restaurants, pubs & shopping. Everything was clean and neat. Loved our stay here.

A new carpet had been laid in the building lobby, so new you could smell the adhesive but, it didn't penetrate the flat, so no worries there. I had a small problem with the building entrance key until I realised I couldn't get it out unless I set horizontally, If you are coming, just remember to lock the flat door as you go out!

If you are going to inverness, this is the ideal place to stay. It was well equipped, clean and very comfortable, the beds are excellent, I slept like a log. Sofas and chairs etc are very good and it has a well equipped kitchen including Tea, coffee and milk. It has a lift and a very wide hallway, we had a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for it and pushchairs etc It is very close to the station (bus and train) and the shops, the Victorian market is just across the street Well presented it had a lovely ambiance, lots of art work etc and was peaceful and quiet,

- only negative is the Nail business next door and the smell of acrylic wafting into the building hallway - it meant for some games of holding one’s breath and running to the apartment :). Could not smell this at all in the apartment.

- perfect instructions for checking in (we checked in around 11pm) - Very clean and tidy - Kellogg’s selection boxes, jam, coffee and mini milk sachets all provided - Lovely apt decorations dotted around the apartment (Xmas decor) - Plenty of towels - Perfectly controlled temperature in the room - Centrally located (co-op around the corner and bus station close by too) - I would 100% recommend this apartment

The apartment was excellent, large sitting / dining room tastefully decorated for Christmas. The two large bedrooms one with King size bed and second with double bed, very comfortable for a good night sleep.

Janette, the owner responded to our messages quickly and allowed us to check in early as to not have to walk around with our luggage upon arrival. The apartment was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the bus station and downtown attractions/tours.

Parking is a short walk away - not a negative, just more something to be aware of. Prices were reasonable for city centre.

Collection of keys was straightforward, facilities in the apartment were great with plenty of neat little touches. Milk and cereal provided, also coffee pods for coffee machine ( unlike the next property we visited!!). Well placed to walk around town, plenty of local restaurants - we had a great time here.
