We loved Coopers cabin, it was so comfortable and cozy. My grandaughter couldnt wait to get into the hot tub! The beds were super comfy and we loved the layout of the cabin, plus the location of it.

The cleaners hadn't done a great job, the dishawasher was full of the previous peoples dirty dishes, but that wasn't the end of the world.

The cabin is done out beautifully with lots of nice homely touches, which made our stay very comfortable. The whole cabin was immaculately clean and smelled beautiful. We loved the hot tub and the location was perfect, very private. The location of the holiday park was perfect for trips to Flamingo Land and Eden Camp with both only being around 15 minutes away. I would definitely come back.

Had issues with hot tub temperature. It was too cold so couldn’t really enjoy the hot tub as long as we wanted to. It kept dropping to 33 degrees and below that sometimes

We couldn’t get the heating on, there was no manual for this that we could find, so as you imagine in February we were frozen. We could see our own breath when we woke up in the morning.

We arrived at 4.30, check in is from 4. The cabin had not been cleaned which meant we couldn't settle down. Upon reporting it to reception a lady called Louise came out within half an hour to clean but that too meant we couldn't settle so instead made the decision to go out for tea to relax after our journey. This cost us almost £100 for 6 of us because we felt we couldn't use the kitchen at the cabin. Louise was lovely and super efficient even putting the kids toys on their beds but it just wasn't the start to our holiday that we imagined. We also couldn't get the Air con to work which meant it was quite stuffy on a night. The hot tub although enjoyable was a but grimey (not sure if due to the cleaning crew not turning up) and there is a dispeser which holds what I think we're chlorine tablets. The lid on this is very loose and my little one who has special needs almost ingested one.

The cabin itself was beautiful and the location couldn't be better. The hot tub mean that the kids got a little bit of play time before bed and then the adults could enjoy whilst they slept. The kitchen was well prepared to be able to cook with all pots pans and utensils available. Reception staff were brilliant especially Louise who cleaned our cabin. Beds were super comfy, except the sofa bed but that's usually the case. We had good weather but had it not have been, there were plenty of dvds and games in the cabin.

As mentioned previously they had thought of most things and also had plenty of teabags and coffee and even left us a bottle of Prosecco however there was no hairdryer which I found strange. I did query this and was told it was on the website to bring one although I could not find this anywhere? Also could of done with more towels. It does say to bring extra for the hot tub which we did and we used them for showering before and after going in the hot tub and I was told one towel per person per stay however we were there for 9 days so would have appreciated more in this instance. Also there is an en-suite but we only received one bath mat and one hand towel and again queried this and was told one per bathroom but we had 2 bathrooms and when I queried this I never got a response. There was a washing machine (although no powder / liquid so we bought some and then washed the towels ourselves) Also there was a slight issue with the en-suite shower door. It wouldn’t stay closed (as it is on a slight incline) Not so bad washing yourself and holding it with your foot but a bit of a pain when washing your hair so we just used the main shower instead.

The place is fantastic in a beautiful setting and has almost everything you could need. We were there during the heatwave so a lot of plans had to be amended and therefore we made use of all the games and Netflix that was in the property. The hot tub was fab and a lovely way to relax in the evening.

Its now almost 4 weeks after my stay and I still have not had the security deposit returned. After several messages and calls I was told it had been processed but that was over a week ago and still no sign of it in my account.

We arrived at our lodge to find somebody was in it they arranged for us to stay in a different lodge that was no where near upto the standard we booked and payed for, then refused to give us any money back and just stopped responding to emails and calls regarding our complaint. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Not helpful at all in dealing with our issue and just ignore you!!
