Everything was fabulous. Lovely place out on a country lane. A quick drive into Stratford upon Avon and had no problem parking the car in the Windsor St Carpark.

The location is ideal for getting around the many National Trust sites. The breakfasts were excellent.

Alan & Jenny were terrific hosts - friendly and generous with the suggestions on sites to visit. Alan had prepared a touring guide for recommended towns/items of interest and we found this tremendously useful. The breakfast was wonderful and more coffee & toast always on offer. It’s the little things that make this B&B a standout- Jenny’s homemade bread and Alan historical knowledge. Being greeted with “can I get fresh milk” on arrival back from a day’s touring and looking forward to an cuppa was outstanding. Our upstairs bedroom was spacious with king bed, tea & coffee making facility and ensuite.

So friendly and helpful. The room was really well presented, and the area peaceful with great views. Breakfast excellent, even went to the effort of getting oatcakes for my wife (not my thing but she loves them). They couldn't do enough for you. We will go back.

Convenient location. Beautiful yard and setting. Exceptional specialty breakfast prepared each day. Superior host who provided the history of the area and detailed information on sites to visit which made our experience most enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful countryside and property. We were welcomed warmly, the room is bright with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds. It is very peaceful with a gorgeous countryside view. Stratford-Upon-Avon is a short drive away. The breakfast was delicious and I really appreciated the gluten free toast (which I had requested ahead of time). Wonderfully friendly hosts who are there if you need them but not intrusive. Wifi worked perfectly, smart TV with wide choice of channels, little touches like biscuits in the room and fresh milk for tea (I hate the taste of those terrible long-life milk pods) oh and an amazing shower!!

There was nothing I didn’t like

The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and all freshly made. Alan was a very friendly host, explained best ways to get to places and canal walks for us, we were made to feel completely at home so our stay was very relaxed. We will definitely be booking in again later in the year.

Check in was 5pm which is rather late during winter months as very dark, which could pose guests difficulty in locating the property.

Everything was perfect.

Absolutely superb accommodation and hosts. We had a warm welcome when we arrived and were shown to our room. The room and all facilities were second to none; so comfortable, clean and warm. Attention to detail on everything. Breakfast was perfect with choices. I highly recommend Larkrise Cottage Bed and Breakfast. Thank you to our lovely hosts. We will return.
