Where do I start - nothing like the photos - smelt of the green drug - nothing about it was clean - cupboard fell off - 3 people stayed and only 1 towels - no hot water

Filthy floor with hair all over, bits of used soap in the shower, no toilet roll apart from the end of a roll, 1 towel for 3 people and that was stained, a chair that falls apart if moved. Booked their LE35FJ property and was given a property at LE35PR seems they do this often. If you want to feel like a squatter this is the property for you!

So this apartments i think it must be people doing fraud. They post nice rooms and when my day came i received a massage that i been changed, i tried to ask why andi did not get any response, i called and they dont pick up the number on the site it was off all weekend. I had travelled from another city and what they did to me its not fair. I called, texted so i can at least get my money back. No one was available. Do not book this apartment for your own safety. Its fraud. Please.I had booked for two people and i was expecting the room was going to be big at least, it was even one pillow on the bed for two people.

This property isn’t what was posted online .the water isn’t running and I can’t have my bath .i probably will need a refound .its no value for money

The property location is ok but the host reception is very bad .i have sent an email since yesterday till now no reply I can’t have my bath the shawer isn’t running water isn’t coming out for me to bath I have called them no pick up I have sent an email no reply.the facility has no toiletries no plate to eat the bed is bad to sleep on.this property isn’t the same picture that was posted online

On Booking.com the property postcode is advertised as LE3 5FJ, when you receive your email from the property owner the postcode is LE3 5PR. The property is an absolute DUMP, tried to ring the owner and he did not pick up once. You cant leave him a voice message as his inbox is FULL. Had no joy from booking.com they said it was not their issue and refunded £24.07 as a good will gesture! This property is being false advertised and no one is prepared to take the blame. At all costs do not book this property.

Property wasn’t at location advertised but was further out of town, and was nothing like the advertised pictures. Tried calling and got told to text, overall communication was unprofessional.

Everything You state that in your “strict rules” there should be no smoking in the property however it smelt like a drug den, the horrible smell of marijuana was present. There was a carrier bag or cover on the smoke alarm so someone had clearly been smoking in the room as well, this is a fire hazard as had the building been up in flames our alarm wouldn’t have gone off. I didn’t feel safe and obviously couldn’t stay there. The bed was dusty and the sheets weren’t clean. The apartment was also different to what was on the booking and the pictures compared to where I was supposed to be staying were completely different.

At the last minute the host contracted to say the apartment was unavailable and offered us a place far away from the city centre. When we replied to say that wasn't good enough we got no response. Wouldn't even answer the phone. A lot of unnecessary stress and I can't encourage you enough to avoid this place

Day before travel received a message stating the address I had booked was not where we would be staying. This didn't suit me as the address booked was next to where we need to be. I contacted booking.com to be told it's out of there hands and have requested the address be updated. Also requested a refund due to the address not suitable. It was declined. I have also contacted trading standards and will be taking this further

It was disgustingly dirty, something all under the bed. Dirty fan floor draws. On/off tap & nozzle was broken, broken blinds, draws and overall dirty wouldn’t stay here again

the place had mold and the facilities I.e towels, pillows, bedsheets etc where all dirty and has stains and other peoples hair. And when I sent a complain they have completely ghosted us and booking.com company and not given a refund
