Disappointed to have to pay to park. Also the pool was closed when I arrived, that was a big disappointment. The breakfast was OK, could have been better. I ordered a sandwich in the evening, which I couldn't eat, it wasn't very nice.

The room was comfy, clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Good location.

Longer walk than expected to the accessible room and a very noisy drain for the shower.

Bathroom was blocked. Basin was fully blocked, bathtub was fully blocked.

The overall feel of the pool area. It felt tired and when floating in the pool, the ceiling was not conducive with relaxation. The pool also had a number of things floating in it like plasters which suggest the pool filter system was not working very well and did not install much faith in the overall cleanliness of the pool.

I really liked the proactive and helpfulness of the staff. Especially the person on the gym at reception who was particularly responsive when I mentioned there was something floating in the pool

Nothing to dislike apart from having to pay £7 per 24 hours for parking - think this should be waived for residents.

Brilliant access off the M5. Lovely receptionist who booked us in. Nice spacious comfortable rooms and bathroom. Very quiet so had a good nights sleep on the super mattresses! Lovely outdoor beer garden.

That the Cheltenham Festival and my stay at the Leonardo hotel were over, so I had to leave until next year.

I look for clean, comfortable, and quiet in a hotel, and I found there to be all three at the Leonardo hotel, not to mention an excellent breakfast, and caring staff. I'd no doubt, will stay there again! JCD

War disappointed with the room storage, i.e no drawers, safe location in the wall-robe and single sliding door to wall robe. Carpet could do with cleaning!

Good location for travelling to tourist areas. Didn’t used the leisure facilities as my stay was short and I needed to visit as much as the are as possible.

Steam room wasn't working the first day we used the spa, the price of breakfast was more expensive tfsn we wanted to pay so didn't have it during our stay.

Location for going to the wychwood festival was great, comfy hotel for our needs and bonus having the leisure club with spa facilities. Friendly staff Chloe on reception was helpful smiling lovely and friendly - makes a big difference to comfort of stay.

Good rooms, lovely staff. Esther and others on the reception desk were really helpful and friendly adding an extra breakfast and my son to the room - he was a last minute addition to our booking. Easy bus into town just round the corner from the hotel.
