Our second stay and it won't be our last as we love everything about Linton...super clean, excellent facilities, great layout and for us, a perfect location with just a short walk to the Harbour and local Shops and Pubs.

The key box was quite difficult to access and the sitting room was a bit cramped for 4 adults.

Location was perfect for our needs. The property was very well equipped and exceptionally clean. Our hosts were friendly and accessible. The beds were comfortable and we couldn't have asked for more.

Mike, the owner, visited on the first evening to ensure that we were happy and to answer questions, which he did. The house is excellent with three en-suite bedrooms and a big kitchen. Close to St Austell for shopping. Mevagissey is a lovely harbour village with numerous places to eat. The hill is steep but then that is true of most seaside locations in Cornwall! A super week.

I can't think of anything we didn't like. The only thing was there was no blind at the living room window so we couldn't fully cover the window when dark-however as the property isn't overlooked it wasn't a problem.

Great place, home from home. The house had everything we needed-the kitchen was well stocked with any crockery/cutlery and washing liquids etc.we would need. Having the toiletries and towels/flannels supplied was great and we loved the homemade scones on arrival along with a beautiful vase of flowers and some milk in the fridge for a well needed cup of tea on arrival :)

Nothing negative to say

Expectations were high after we'd booked and everything about Linton met those expectations. We felt more than at home in our week here and there's no doubt we'll book again. Linton is in a very quiet, peaceful area of Mevagissey but only a shortish walk away from the Harbour and Shops. You can walk via the quiet roads or the Coast Path with great views on the way...but be aware that it's downhill on the way and definitely uphill on the way back. We walked via Beach Road to the Coast Path and the steeper parts are all tarmac or concrete with steps where necessary and the path brings you down to the Harbour and Shops.

The location was tricky for anyone who had disabilities. Steep steps up to house and a very steep hill to go down and up to and from Mevagissey harbour. Would be great for very fit people.

The accommodation was fantastic - comfortable, clean and exceptionally well equipped. There are some great places within easy reach - Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays (Castle, gardens and beach).

We liked everything and could not fault any single thing!

Brilliant location. It was a step away from beautiful beaches and lovely towns. House was immaculately clean and had all the amenities. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Wonderful welcome with scones, tea, milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We appreciated the information pack. It was the best cottage we have ever stayed.

Extremely comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Very tastefully furnished. Scones, clotted cream, jam, flowers and milk provided on arrival were a nice touch. Spotlessly clean. Only a short walk from the harbour. We had a lovely stay.

Amazing property, above and beyond our expectations. A real Cornish welcome with home made scones and jam on arrival. Meticulously clean with Egyptian cotton towels and duvets. The mattresses in all three rooms were so comfortable. The hosts really have thought of everything to make your trip unforgettable. All the facilties such as showers, washing machine, cooker etc where to a high spec. We loved the comfort and cleanliness and the location was next to a private beach. Amazing, amazing stay. We didn't want for anything for our 8 days at Linton Luxury Holiday Home.

Nothing it was lovely. It was my dads 70th and they left scones, banners and balloons plus a bottle of Prosecco. Very thoughtful.

It was in a perfect location. We had lovely views. It took ten minutes to get to the quayside. The beds were super comfortable. The cleanliness was also top notch. Just lovely.

I wish there had been one of those books to write in and share where we'd been with other visitors. That always helps you get your bearings and decide what's worth a visit. Maybe a few more towels but honestly nothing to dislike.

Loved the comfortable beds and location. Excellent if you like a walk or cycle and don't want to use the car too much. Loved the extra touches the Sweet Williams made us feel at home.
