We loved everything about Little Fernleigh. It was clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a great stay. Only a short walk to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. We will be returning next year.

A very cosy and comfortable apartment. The sofa was ideal for relaxing in the evening, the bathroom was nice and warm with a good shower, the kitchen was modern and there was fresh milk in the fridge. The cushions and sofa throws were lovely and fresh. Just a nine minute walk to the centre.

The location is amazing. A very short walk into Perranporth. The property was home from home . Extremely clean & comfortable. We didn’t want for anything,it was all provided.l would definitely return & recommend!

The single settee was satisfactory but not especially comfortable and not to the standard of everything else.

The facilities and location were first class. Particular care had been given to the decor. The layout and comfort level were excellent.

As soon as we walked in the door we knew it was brilliant.. So clean and fresh.. With a jar of cookies to welcome us. Just a small walk to the beach perfect location. We would definitely use again and are thinking about booking next year.

Despite keeping the heating off, we found the bedroom quite warm due to the heavy quilt. We decided to sleep under just the quilt cover and were more comfortable. A lighter quilt option would have been useful.

The only really small thing is the dining table to be more stable, and it's quite unstable when eating, but this is really only a small issue as the place was perfect to stay in 😁😁

Everything about little Fernleigh was brilliant, and we had a lovely relaxing time and can't wait to hopefully book again 😁😁

The only comment I could make is that there are no recycling facilities, something we have done for many years and we didn’t like throwing everything into the black wheelie bin outside. We did look to see if any car parks had any facilities but sadly no.

Booked this property as we walking walking a section of the South West coast, great bus service for return journeys. This property was very easy to find, opposite a large car park, hardly used and playing fields. We liked the round brick chimney, an air shaft, viewed from the side bedroom window. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable, fan accessible for hot nights, enough wardrobe space with matching hangers, chest of drawers. The wardrobe doors are very quirky! Walk in shower and the rest of the shower room was very clean. We took advantage of the washing machine after one day of very wet walking! Plugs, light switches, lighting was exceptional as was the wall mounted TV, just at the right height. Boarded terrace outside with 2 comfy chairs. Within walking distance of the pubs, restaurants, shops and the harbour. The petrol station nearby was fully stocked for anything forgotten with very friendly staff.

That was a wonderful stay. Little Fernleigh has a unique charm. The interior design is just amazing. This holiday home is cozy, extremely clean, and well equipped. Excellent location, short walk to the beach and the town. We had a wonderful long weekend there. We have done a few beautiful coastal walks. When the weather became windy, we just enjoyed the warm comfort of the apartment. We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place to stay, facilities were great and comfortable. Loved the little touches with the Christmas decorations, also bottle of wine and cakes from the local bakery. Short walk to shops, pubs and fantastic beach. Loved every minute of our Christmas holiday.

The flat was very nicely done up with a great kitchen and a great bathroom & shower. It was a 10 min walk into town and to the beach, with the Londis even closer by for any last minute shopping needs.

Nothing to dislike

Fantastic location by the beach and town. Very well equipped property with all you need and more. Dog friendly and a enclosed outdoor space. Clean and very comfortable. Hosts let us know we could check in earlier than stated. Very pleased with this lovely place.
