Great location near the wedding venue, facilities, clean and comfortable 😊

Little confused by the absence of towels. When I double checked the booking, it had been mentioned. So it was my own oversight, in that regard. But I was a bit baffled that such a basic element was not included in an accomodation of this price and quality. It never occurred to me that they would not be provided. We popped into town to purchase one. Again, not a major inconvenience but just a little jarring. Nothing about the property, host or price would suggest needing to BYOT. We were not even provided with a hand towel for the bathroom..

Obliging host - very attentive and thoughtful. The accomodation itself is tastefully composed and generously proportioned. Well-equipped kitchen. Working television with lots of channel and streaming options. Comfortable bed. Little courtyard, contained, for private use of guests (it also catches the morning sun, so very pleasant for a morning coffee and newspaper!) Parking space in main yard, directly outside accomodation. Incredible location for guests attending a wedding at Southend Barns. A 5 minute drive to the venue. Also convenient to Chichester- 20minute jog along a pleasant canal (so my partner tells me 😅) or a very short drive.

Beautiful accommodation, so clean and bright. Everything provided for a lovely relaxing stay. Very comfy large bed. Good location, had lovely walk along canal into Chichester and so easy to get bus back. Nice pub next door but very quiet area in the village.

The shower was the only downfall, it was very hard to get a steady flow of consistent water temperature, it would change from very cold to very warm with a slight change of the dial.

The property was very clean, the decor was lovely, it felt like they had put a lot of time and thought into this holiday home. Loved the small touches like the granola and the Easter eggs provided. West wittering beach is so close by car and so is Chichester town.

It is very private, immaculately clean and very close to where we needed to be. The unit is very cosy but not cramped and next door to a lovely pub, you can also have a nice walk along the canal bank.

The sink in the bathroom was very small due to space which made it very difficult for my husband to shave in.

Very nicely presented and a lovely comfortable bed. Also close to relatives we were visiting. Lots of nice treats for us too!

I stayed here whilst in the area for a wedding and it was beautiful! Host Clare met me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Littlebeads was perfect and the little extras made it memorable. Will be staying here for all my visits to Chichester!

What’s not to like!

Very comfortable, warm accommodation with everything you might need for a short break. A very warm welcome and extra touches, like Prosecco, orange juice, milk and cereal - much appreciated. For summer visitors there is a lovely courtyard. Unfortunately we visited in the middle ofJanuary!

The road is very busy during the day, so if your plan is to sit out and enjoy peace and quiet, not the place. But at night it causes no disturbance at all.

Really comfortable, well presented and well equipped. Everything has been thought of, even breakfast cereals. I traveled without a car, and found the half hour walk to Chichester up the towpath, but there is also a very regular bus service, and a shop right across the road for your needs. A lot of comments on WiFi, I had no problem with it.

Lovely walk from train station along canel. Bus stop outside very close to pub for days and drinks. So peaceful had the best night sleep. We loved our stay beautiful wee gem. Hosts so helpful
