If you wanted to visit Inverness for a meal and a drink (which we didn’t) public transport isn’t very regular and would be a taxi journey We knew this though and loved the location

Property was warm, clean and had everything you needed. Furnishings were to a high quality Easy check in and lovely discount voucher to An Talla. We had dogs and the entrance area/laundry room was ideal for them to sleep in. Highly recommended property

our initial excitement was dampened by an unfortunate incident on the first day. We were left stranded in the rain outside the property for nearly an hour, with no prior notice or instructions provided in the pitch-dark estate. Thankfully, assistance eventually arrived, allowing us to access the property

Booking a cottage for a five-day stay during the tumultuous start week of February amidst floods and landslides around Inverness was a decision filled with challenges. Despite the difficulties in reaching the property, the team at Jacobite Property Management went above and beyond to assist us. Once settled in, we found the property to be excellently maintained, with remarkable services throughout our stay. The provision of a wide range of utensils and cutlery ensured a comfortable living experience. Spacious rooms and ample supplies, including firewood, further enhanced our stay.

The only thing is the location - it is very close to a busy road. You can hear the traffic however we weren’t bothered at all by it. Location is very remote but also very close to Inverness as long as you have your car. There wasn’t a huge amount to do as most places had literally just closed for the season but thankfully we were able to enjoy a cruise on Loch Ness - this was the other highlight of our trip.

Beautiful building, very well renovated. Very high end finishes and furniture, the beds were so comfy. Kitchen was well equipped, Aga took a bit of getting used to but a joy to use once we got our head around it. Wood burning stove was fabulous, we had a fire on every time we were in. The porch and utility room were a lovely bonus, perfect after a day hiking in the rain! Hosts were very responsible and helpful. We will definitely be back there

Provide the "Whathreewords" to enable visitors to track down the entrance to the cottage Understanding the oven instructions took 3 highly qualified individuals into uncharted territory ! The WIFI reception was very poor

The cottage was by far the most enjoyable part of our other 7 "paid stays" whilst traversing the Highlands. The cottage is exceptional in ALL respects, and very sensible priced. If you have the opportunity to stay here you will be delighted !

The only thing that could have improved the cottage for us would have been a speaker so we could listen to our music, as we forgot to pack ours.

The cottage and location were beautiful. We went on beautiful walks during the day and had a lovely, cosy space to relax in at night.

Instructions for cooker didn’t seem to be appropriate- couldn’t get hob working. A magnifying mirror would have been useful as I had forgotten to bring my own and lighting around bathroom mirror for makeup application would have been fab.

Everything. Beautifully clean ,warm .Even when the power got cut for a short time because of a Storm the host’s got in contact to check we were ok. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. It’s only 10 minutes from Eden Court theatre and 15 to town.
