The lift wasn’t working so had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with an injured knee which wasn’t very pleasant and their wasn’t much urgency to have it repaired.

The location was good, only 15 min from Heathrow by Express train. Room was spacious and clean.

My room was on the 4th floor. Just ten minutes before I came down with my luggage the elevator apparently stopped working. No one offered to help with my large bag on the steps.

Small business hotel, with smaller comfortable rooms with a great location just steps from Paddington Rail Station. Great for catching the Heathrow Express in the early morning hours.

The location was excellent, however being close to a big train station, we did have the mouse of those trains in our room.

Shifting a heavy suitcase not easy due to number of steps. Bathroom was a bit small

Normally stay @ the Hilton Paddington & the Mercure was just as good but cheaper. They let me in at least an hour early, gave me an upgrade without my asking. Comfortable bed, good shower & AC. Shiny clean. Very quiet. Staff very helpful- printed my boarding passes for me

Tiny room, really small for two tall people and the bathroom felt very claustrophobic, but it’s London.

Good location for the Elizabeth line. Close to bars, pubs and restaurants. Good a/c. Friendly check in lady who helped when something was missing.

Underwhelmed by the actual room, rated 4 stars which it isn’t ! Booking.Com stated I had been upgraded , which the staff knew nothing about ( false advertising by Booking.Com) regardless if was the upgraded room I’d hate to see what the original room looked like !

Location right next to Paddington station and reception staff were very nice , also helped when I requested a late check out.

Breakfast is a shambles. Non-residents served before hotel residents even if they came much later, Hotel residents who paid for breakfast on the day told that they couldn't have the same buffet as those who paid earlier. Staff unfriendly and all deeply engaged in their own conversations - not with work or serving customers.

We felt it was very run down and not up to the Mecure standard we are accustomed to. The elevator was not reliable with an intermittent fault. The shower and tap fittings were very aged and the bath plug did not work. The bar advertised is a pokey little corner near reception and not conducive to enjoying a nightcap.

We booked this hotel for the location which is excellent. It is close to Paddington station and there are plenty of pubs and eateries nearby. Our bags were readily stored in a secure room after checkout and quickly retrieved when required.
