Great staff. Frequent airport shuttle (Cost is extra.). Close to airport, but quiet. Relaxing bar/restaurant. Excellent caesar salad. Very comfy large chair and footstool in room. Great to kick back after a long day.

For the most part, everything was fine. However, four separate phone calls to my room to confirm a simple breakfast room service order was very disruptive and annoying.

The bar which served the lighter menu needs refurbishing- the seats were so worn the padding was flat- and tables losing their vinyl. Service was good and the food was excellent.

We asked for a wake up call which never happened. Lots of noise late at night outside in the corridors. Seems there are a lot of groups who stay there.

Breakfast was pricey and the shuttle bus was only slightly cheaper than getting a taxi to drop off two people at the terminal.

Great location if you need to stay overnight at the airport before a flight the next day. Handy for parking and also close to car hire locations at Heathrow. We only stayed one night, so didn't really get to see the facilities, but they looked good. Room was very nice, up to date, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Despite overlooking the runways, you couldn't hear the planes so the double or triple glazing was very effective.

Booked someone to help me with my bags in the morning and no one turned up. I had to make 2 trips which made me late for my booked taxi and ended up paying more because of waiting time.

This hotel looks amazing, but I didn't have time to explore or try the cuisine and other services. The room was spacious, clean and exceptionally comfortable; truly one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Emanuel was an added bonus.

as we were waiting to check in, we very visibly saw two female staff members making fun of a customer behind her back... ladies be careful you never know who is watching when you are on the front desk, your behaviour was very unprofessional. then you asked for a review with your name on it - be very grateful I decided not to submit that review. Although I thought you were very unkind I chose to be kind and have not out you. the room was cold when we got into it but it warmed up well when we got into it

A little pricey in the restaurant and not a lot of choice. But ok and plenty of room.
