Mattress was futon style so not the most comfortable but I left feedback and Fairly (the owner) said she would look into it.

Beautiful space, clean and tidy, very impressed. Lovely village only a 10/15 minute drive into Hereford.

Nothing at all- it was a brilliant place. Just make sure you empty your bladder before going to sleep and don’t drink a lot of water at night 😄

Best night’s sleep ever in a bed outside my home. Clean place- I stayed for work and communication with the host was excellent. It was initially difficult to find- it was dark when I reached, but the host directed me well. The annexe has a separate entrance and a parking space in front of the door. Lounge has a TV, sofa, plenty of storage space and a well stocked kitchenette- with utensils for cooking, although I didn’t cook. There was enough space for my evening yoga. Bathroom is clean and plenty of towels available. I really liked how they have done the place up 👍 The steps to the mezzanine bed space is steep, so beware if you have problems climbing or are planning to drink! The place is quiet and peaceful and a 12 minute drive from the County hospital. Will stay again if available.

The property was ideally located for easy access to Hereford. It’s got everything you need inc fully equipped kitchen, lovely shower room, plenty of wardrobe storage and a nice living area. The added bonus was Fairly had provided milk, cereal, tea, coffee etc. Just be careful to note the access to the bedroom is steep but I loved the whole bedroom above the living area thing.

This has nothing to do with the guest house but would be good knowledge for others, highly recommend you have a car. Taxis need to be booked in advanced and are expensive.

The Guest House was exactly as described. Hospitality was perfect, helping to find other taxi numbers. Place is perfect and cosy. Highly recommend.

I didnt realise the bed was on a mezzanine reached by a ladder. Not a problem for us but i did slip on the way down the ladder which could have been serious.

The radiator by the stairs, couldn't work out how to turn it off. Think it was on a timer and we were roasting in the beginning of the night but nothing major

Staircase to loft is surprisingly steep. Need to provide a blow up bed alternative on the ground flnoor for those who cannot navigate the stairs provided.8

Upstairs bed area was bit warmer but could be expected on those super hot days in July '22.

Fairly spacious room with bed 'upstairs'. Everything one may need for few days/night stay. Breakfast items available for grabs (cereals were extra tasty). Phone signal very poor (Vodafone) but strong WiFi provided free of charge. Would definitely return back 👍

It didnt bother me but it is worth noting that the steps to the sleeping area are steep and the bed is at floor level so it might not be accessible for everyone.

Lovely little place, exceptionally clean, with all facilities you would need for a short stay. Huge choice of breakfast items left for the morning. Host was friendly and welcoming.
