The apartment got all the facilities. It was in the middle of city centre, close to all shop and the best part was they had kitchen facilities as well

This place should come with a warning for people with health or mobility issues. It's 6 flights of stairs up and only two have a handrail. The ones that don't are not even either. The mattress topper and duvet are lumpy and bumpy. The frying pan should be replaced.

The apartment is definitely big enough for 2 people. The location is brilliant; only a short distance from Princes Street. Nikki was there when I checked in. She made me feel welcome and handed over the place in absolutely spotless condition. The shower is quite good, especially the temperature. Water pressure is constant, despite being on the 3rd floor. Plenty of shops nearby.

In a wonderful location, we were contacting by Nikki who was looking after the check in/out and the apartment. She was great and kept us informed with times and how to access the apartment etc. On arrival it was clean, spacious and it felt like we were at home. We were hiking a lot and getting around the city, so the apartment being so well kept and comfy was a blessing for us.

The shower sprayed water all over the floor because the glass partition was not large enough.

The Location was unrivaled! We really enjoyed our little home away from home in Edinburgh.

Nicky was very welcoming and gave us many tips on how to enjoy the city. The place was spot-on, spacious, bright and comfortable. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the city centre. Many pubs and stores nearby. Definitely recommended!

Too many stairs 68 concrete spiral stairs I have a lung condition and had no advantage warning of the treacherous stairs Not suitable for anyone with any mobility or breathing problems.

Nikky was extremely helpful and answered any questions that I had before I even arrived! The location was fantastic and it is right in the heart of Edinburgh close to a number of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was relatively basic but comfortable and clean and although the sleeping area and living area are the same room there was plenty of space to sit and enjoy the apartment.

We had trouble getting to the apartment location since we followed google maps mark already put by the owners on the website which is way off. However, our host was very helpful to show us the property.

It’s a perfect location since it’s in the city center to get around some of the attractions in the city center of Edinburgh. We were given complimentary drinks on arrival. The apartment kitchen was properly stocked too.

The lock on the entrance door can be a bit tricky to unlock.

The location is very central and great. The apartment itself is very spacious and has every amenity you would need. Nikky was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again during my next visit to Edinburgh and would recommend this place to everyone !

It does not state that there is no lift, so you have to walk up many stories. This is very inconvenient for someone with injuries. The entrance and hallways are in poor state , and the door downstairs stuck a few times. The facilities in the room are also very old. The bad should have been thrown out long ago. It is a Murphy bed that is kind of broke so it curves to the middle. The mattress is beyond awful, and so are the pillows. The bathroom door doesn't close. The weather was pretty cold and even though the host had turned on the heater before hand for us, the heater provided does not cover the size of the room. This is was beyond disappointing. To sum up. The location is great but the flat and the building needs renovation asap.

Stains on towels, bedding and dirty trays left in cooker. Bathroom door didn't shut, shower screen ineffective causing water to go everywhere. Handrail needed on stairwell on upper levels as stairs are uneven and a trip hazard.

Great location, cosy with good kitchen facilities. Bed was comfortable, seating area really good for 2 people, nice views from windows.

Tony Asaga- NIGHTMARE Apartment! Couldn’t even stay the night! BUYERS BEWARE! - Took 2 Months to get Money back, after endless calls with apartment guy and booking.com. We didn’t stay! -The woman who had apparently cleaned the place was begging us not to say anything, as she didn’t want to lose her job! -Tony Asga, who we spoke to throughout was rude, cut off and couldn’t get you off the phone quick enough! -Property confirmed Check- in time online and then when we got there, Said they wouldn’t allow us to get in until an hour later, So had to walk around with heavy bags for another hour! - No Central Heating ( Only 1 plug-in Radiator for whole apartment, which had burned the sockets, Fire Risk!) - No hot water, So can’t wash dishes or have a bath. -Bed broken with hole through middle of bed. -Stains on bed sheet -Dirty Food Marks on Table Cloth (Not Cleaned) - Holes and marks in Floor & Carpets Overall, a complete waste of time and money, As had also brought our car and had paid for parking ticket to end up driving home!
