Great location, very clean, nice terrace and garden, walking distance to the seafront, Lidl in 5 min walk. Towels, toiletries , kitchenware, etc available. All the small details to the flat make this place comfortable. Great communication. Thank you Tim and Halina. Highly recommend .

Rather tight access to apartment would not recommend if your have a wide vehicle... Foxes a problem in gardens Parking awkward could be made easier if lawn made into turning area

Very clean and well equipped. Off road parking, short though steepish walk to the sea front where there are buses as well as seaside stuff, and a supermarket 5 minutes walk in the other direction. Beds comfortable. Good base for visiting places and seeing Hastings.

The parking was a squeeze but there is on street parking and Tim let us know this before we arrived. This wouldn't put me off staying again

Maybe an automatic gate but a minor inconvenience

Very hand location for getting to town or venturing to Bexhill, Eastbourne, Brighton or onto the A21 for London. Clean with modern appliances - Tim the host sorted out any issues we had very quickly - patio out back was superb for eating outside and watching the sun go down. Would definitely recommend and go back.

The one downside is that there's a fox den under that shed. We saw 2 adults and 5 cubs. It meant we had to keep a very close eye on the dog if she went outside in the afternoon. We even had one of the cubs run into the lounge with a dead squirrel one evening when the patio door was open.

It's in a great location very close to the shops and beach and it's great that it has it's own parking. The patio is perfect for making the most of the weather.

Beautiful apartment with lovely touches like a welcome pack. Lovely views from the lounge. Comfortable beds and sofa. Old Town not far away and well worth a visit or two. The owner was very helpful with all queries. Would definitely go back.

Cleanliness of floor in front of the toilet needed attention and the outside of the toilet there was build up of dust etc, not clean. The mounting of the shower head in the middle of the bath wall, proved a bit tricky to avoid touching the curtain whilst showering.

Location excellent, short walk to restaurants and sea front. Comfy beds and pillows. Kitchen facilities. Access to garden. Quiet location. Helpful neighbour came out to advise on parking. Excellent communication from owners. Would definitely rebook. Ideal for our short break.

The property was well situated near the beach. There was plenty of parking spaces in a secure car park. there were lots of nice little touches in the house like board games, and DVDs. The flat was really clean and the instructions for getting the keys were easy to follow. Tim is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble.

There was nothing that myself and family found that we didn’t like regarding the apartment. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed are stay.

Location was perfect and the short walk to the beach made it ideal for my daughter who has a walking disability. The walk back can be a little challenging for some as it’s a slight up hill climb. Whoever there are regular buses you can catch back from the beach front and taxis are also available at a low cost.

What you can't tell from a map is that the flat is located on a hill: a steep one. This is to be expected in a coastal town, but if I'd have known I would probably have thought twice for this particular group, as my Mum has mobility issues and really struggled.

The flat is exactly as advertised: a good size, well furnished with all the things you need during your stay, it has a great sized garden that's secure for dogs and a lovely sea view.

Perfect in ever way! A fabulous sunny and tranquil flat, with all the facilities one could ask for to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay - A home away from home! Lots of modern fixtures and fittings and very clean and spacious with an amazing large terrace with a sea view. A hidden gem. I highly recommend this flat for everything including the location and the extremely helpful host, who has organised the living space so well with very clear instructions. I know the area well and this is the best holiday let I have experienced here for me or my friends and family.
