The fire alarm went off out of nowhere in the middle of the night. If it rains, raindrops come through the walls and we have to clean the floor.

The pictures are not as accurate as the apartment actually is. Needs a bit of renovation but everything else was really good!

Very nicely located, close to a bunch of cafés, to the Warren Street Station and a Lidl. Max time in tube was about 30min to the London Bridge, which is really good! Large apartment area, with kitchen and utensils, a bathroom with toiletries, bed linen and towels included. Also a very large lounge area with TV. The staff was really kind and, unfortunately when we checked in the apartment hasn't been cleaned yet but they explained everything and what had happened and by the time we got back everything was nice, warm and clean.

Very dirty, didn't feel safe/secure, very noisy (it's right on the main street & can hear every single person walking by), no effort put in by the unprofessional hosts (eg, a single sheet was used as a duvet - in the middle of winter, heating was all turned off from the mains so couldn't access in the room), no doors on the bathroom. I ended up staying up the whole night trying to source alternative accommodation.

Nothing - do not book this accommodation. They shouldn't be allowed on Booking.com to be honest. It's a couple of friends trying to make a buck.

The apartment was generally not clean. They showed it to us with hardly any explanation. The bedding on the sofa was pitiful, torn and dirty. Not to mention the bathroom, as you can see in the photo with a couple of gnawed wood covering the bathtub, and a shower handle suitable for people of 1.20m because if you measure more the shower did not reach. And finally, mention that being two adults and two children with stroller, they gave us the top floor (5 floors with almost spiral stairs).

Nothing much to complain besides the TV was a little small for the living space but that's what we would call a 1st world problem 😉

A very unassumingly impressive apartment hidden in a plainly obvious part of central London, overlooking a mild street view. Check in was smooth and the property was very clean with nice amenities, great lighting and a fairly decent bedroom considering the actual size of the property. One of the best for value for money I've come across within the capital

Everything was dirty with dust, the door lock of the bathroom it’s broken and we had problems with that as we didn’t know it and we get blocked inside the door, my parent had to dismantle the door handle. The add says that they gonna take your money before arriving and the truth it’s that you need to pay once you arrive with the same card with you booked. If you get the room in the grown floor you gonna feel there’s dinosaurs upstairs having a good dance. You can hear even when the people from upstairs it’s breathing, impossible to sleep. I’ve never recommend this place to anyone. So expensive for what it is.

Would have liked some cleaning materials. We were there for 4 days and had no antibacterial or disinfectant spray, either for the bathroom or kitchen. No provisions at all (usually milk, bread, teabags and coffee are left by hosts). Although stay was excellent there were one or two improvements which would have helped (eg shower door kept slipping off runners, some blinds wouldn't open and kitchen cupboard doors were loose.

Location was very good, very close to underground station and easy walking distance to many good restaurants. Quiet building with not too much noise in the evenings, even though there were a couple of bars nearby.

the apartment turned out to be a scam, the photos were fake. The state of the place was terribly dirty, moldy mattresses, hair on the bathroom floor and bugs on the bed. Spending even one night there was a health risk, the staff did not answer phone calls, they were not bothered by the problem. Had to rent another hotel immediately on the same day as my check in and got no refund. I warn everyone it's a scam and the photos on Booking are fake.

This apartament is a total scam and a tragedy.

Somebody could have cleaned the apartment while we were in it, at least every third day. The bed in the bedroom should be wider for two adults.

The apartment is really cosy (however, the stairs are steep to it). Air conditioning would be nice because it was really hot. However, it was clean and equipped with everything needed for cooking (and really sensitive smoke alarm:)). We were staying for a week and were able to wash the towels which was good. The tube Warren Street is close and some others as well, the restaurants are also just a few meters from the apartment building and we really enjoyed our staying.

all doors' locks of the apartment were broken including bathroom! Stairs were very very tight you can not handle luggage at all. staff promised to bring carpenter but did not, and she does not speak English !

Smells unclean as soon as you walk through the door. Poor standard of hygiene maintained with a decent layer of dust over most things, most prominently the fan in the bedroom which had a thick coat of dust, thankfully I noticed this before turning it on. Signs (and smells) of mould and water damage throughout the kitchen. Most of the curtains are broken so no privacy on the ground floor. Curtains in the toilet have visible signs of mould. The toilet itself hasn’t been cleaned properly with signs of excrement still visible. “It’s London” can’t be an excuse to accept these poor standards of hygiene, especially at these prices. In short stay away, you will be far better off getting a hotel room from a reputable chain.

DON’T BELIEVE THE PICTURES. Pictures were super misleading. Our jaws almost dropped when we saw it in person because the place looked so nice in the pictures. Another thing is the extra charge for checking in after 8pm. After midnight is even worse. I know it says it on the listing, but they should make it more prominent for how much they charge just to “check-in”. We definitely did not see it and only found out after booking. For the amount of money they charge, you would think you’re staying at a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The only good thing about it was the location. Oh and the host(s) gave us a fan that we requested, and some AAA batteries for their tv remote.

entrance door and way to ladder seems not clean and taken care of

Location is within walking distance to great portland tube station, passing nice lively neighbourhood of cental London. Also another lively athmosphere at the other side of corner of the street; cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, mini market. Fully equipped kitchen, nice small bathroom. Rooms are quite small especially the second bedroom with single bed (but no wonder this is central London)

Totally shocking. Photograph’s misleading was not what expected glad it was only three days. Not what you expect in W1. How it can be advertised as you were good to book it. Flooring uneven, mismatched cutlery needs a refurbishment to bring it up to standard. Very disappointed. could not wait to leave.
