The property is looking a little tired, mold on the bathroom sealant, dust and dirt in the bathroom fan. The windows on the main bedroom didn't close properly.

Appears to be a problem with dishwasher causing a musty smell…Leak? Fridge-doors not secure so fridge isn’t cold enough. En-suite could do with an update/refurbish

Not so much of a complaint, just to clarify the situation concerning the view from the ground floor flat. We specifically chose the property as we ideally wanted to enjoy views whilst we were inside the apartment aswell as whilst outside. The apartment is virtually on the harbour's edge which is amazing, however the allocated parking spaces are all the way along the front of the flats which can obstruct the ground floor view to an extent. Not all the parking spaces were in use all the time but if you want a totally unobstructed view you may be better off with a balcony flat, which I believe is also available from the same letting company. Despite the parking we still very much enjoyed the views out to sea, with the interesting curvy harbour wall directly in front and the amazing wind turbines and industrial skyline in the far distance, so much of interest to see. We were also lucking enough to catch a couple of totally amazing sunrises, even in December.

Had a fantastic 3-night stay in the ground floor flat. As other reviewers have said the apartment is surprisingly spacious and the photos don't actually do it justice, we were exceptionally comfortable and beautifully warm throughout our stay. Furnishings are modern and there's a quality finish throughout apart from the bathrooms. These aren't awful by any means but the finish isn't as good in them as in the rest of the apartment. Location couldn't be better, approx 3 min walk to the many cafes, bars and restaurants in the Marina, however very quiet and peaceful around the flat itself. Felt like a very safe, nice area. Booking process was professional and effective with communication via a WhatsApp group that was helpfully set up shortly after booking

A second set of keys would have been helpful. There have been a seconset available in the past. I'd say the main bedroom mattress could do with changing soon. Spot on for everything else thank you. Well done.

Parking was excellent. Private appartment suited my needs perfectly. Well equipt kitchen. Lovely and clean. Nive touch with the milk and biscuits. Lovely view, not particulatly loud. Nice TV with a good selection of channels.
