The lack of a kitchen(for cooking) is felt, but we were given enough alternatives. Besides, you could always make yourself a cup of tea in the main kitchen, which in most cases is all that is needed.

This was an exceptional accomodation. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the shower - oh! That was the best part. And there is a lounge room with a comfortable couch and a tv for evening relaxation. It's very quiet at night, which was appreciated. The property is situated in a remote location, but still easily accessable, the hostess provides all the information needed to have a lovely stay. Without even asking, we got recommendations to the best local cafes and restaurants, suggestions on where to go, what to see and how to manage it all.

The host was super friendly and we felt pretty much at home. Everything was super comfy,. The shower is perfect, the „lounge“ was also very good and we were able to sleep very well. The host told us about the nearest restaurants, so we were able to walk there in a couple of minutes. We would definitely come back again.

Would have preferred to have tea/coffee facilities in the room rather than going to shared kitchen. The owner requests shoes are left outside which was okay but only wearing socks on some of the tiled floor areas was a bit cold under foot. Note:- Shared kitchen and leaving shoes off was noted in the booking conditions.

The accommodation was fine for us for an overnight stay and had everything we needed. The owner met us on arrival and explained the set up to us. The accommodation was immaculate. No breakfast is provided but there was nice cafe a short walk away at reasonable prices.

It was spotless. The bed was really comfortable and I enjoyed sitting in the lounge in the really comfy chair. Claudia was very helpful. I also enjoyed walking along the beach which was nearby and having dinner in nearby pub.

Lovely accommodation, spotlessly clean with a really comfy bed and incredible shower and bathroom. The sunroom was a really useful space as well. The host is very warm and welcoming, and great communication both before and during stay. It's in a great location and would definitely book again if need something in this area.

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The place was spotless. When I travel, I miss my shower at home the most. But in this case, I would have liked to be able to take the shower home with me. Claudia has prepared a great folder containing great information. This includes restaurants, pubs, activities, and local history.

The bedroom was not en suite but as it happened this was not a problem. All the information about local cafes, restaurants etc was useless. Newhaven is a dump.

At time of booking through booking.com we thought that we were booking a hotel…because that is the criteria that we searching under. We were surprised therefore that it turned out to be a private room in an apartment, i.e. similar to Airbnb!
