Very easy check in. Excellent location. The owner was very helpful to fix a light bulb in the flat.

1. Hallway light shines through to bedroom and living room and cant turn it off 2. Not cleaned well 3. Supplies left on stairs, making it a tight way up 4. Boiler inside bedroom makes noise

That no one even helped us in or showed us which suite was ours (there’s several flats in the same building). They just gave us the keys and I was alone in the dark with 2 four year olds trying to figure out where the door even was to the flat. I finally figured out that’s in in between some tables at the restaurant

The flat is in great need of a make over..beds towels very clean...Nice location..its a shame very bad smell in bathroom I would think coming from drains....on the plus side for What we paid it was fine.

Apartement is old, not renovated, poorly furnished, noisy with street and restaurant below noises, windows are so dirty one can barely see through them, beds are below average, wifi is very slow

Got a call to say we’d been moved to a hotel due to maintenance but arrived at the hotel and they had no idea and tried to send us to the flat. Once we got into a room it was not consistent with our booking and we had to change rooms. Found an item that didn’t belong to us on the floor so it obviously hadn’t been cleaned well and the shower roof was disgusting.

Poorly maintained, neglected,  dirty, mildew, smelled of urine in the bathroom, light switches detached  from wall, faucet detached from sink, cockroaches, the advertised washing machine didn’t work. No cutlery or utensils in kitchen.

The location, on a quaint old street in Mayfair, was excellent. It was the best thing about this property.

It was very uneasy to identify the front door. Although the google location was precise, the flat is located in a side street, and the door is literally in between two tables of the restaurant (you need to ask the customers to move so you can get the door). The flats are located floors 1, 2 and 3, with very tiny and dirty stairs with big bags stored on it, so walking up to the flat is quite difficult. The flat is very dirty. seems that no deep clean has been done for more than a year. The floor is not leveled and "instable" (as you walk, the floor move). The bathroom drain smelt of sewer if kept closed. There is a leak noted in previous reviews that was not fixed. We need to use a tower to contain the leak. The latch/handle of the bathroom door was broken, and my daughter was trapped inside the bathroom. Took time for us to open the door and get her out. The windows are dirty from outside and inside and they don't work properly (some of them does not say open). Some of the issues identified in previous reviews were fixed (electric kettle, toaster, curtains, wardrobe, no broken windows). The place is quite noisy until 10 pm due to the pubs below and starting again at 6 am when the streets are cleaned, and providers arrive to deliver for restaurants. The microwave does not work at all, the "fully equipped" kitchen has only one medium pot that is useless to cook. there are enough dishes for 4 persons. The TV was randomly working only for few channels. I was not able to use the laundry as also seems to be out of order and dirty. There are several areas that can be fixed with low investment and time to fix and clean them to make the flat cozy.

The flat has very good daylight and acceptable beds and good space. The bed sheets and towels and dishes are the only clean things in the flat. There were extra towels provided which was good. The location is excellent. There are several beautiful pubs and expensive restaurants just below the flat. Only few small markets closed to the flat. Internet works perfectly well. The shower was also good. Although the price is good, is still high for the low quality of the maintenance of the flat.

No lift, Big luggage is hard to carry upstairs. A bite noisy as lots of people drinking beer downstairs. Furniture is bit old.

Could be cleaner. Very steep steps to 3rd floor. I had a bad fall coming down and have fractured my heel! There is a dip on the level at bottom of the stairs that caused my foot to twist over

There are alot of negative reviews & yes it does need a bit of refurbishment on the entrance stairs & inside the flat but again for the price & location I would recommend. I would stay again.

The location & price was unbelievable. There was a TV also. The kitchen was just enough for us to have breakfast & make snacks for our day out.. The bathroom was clean, hot water, clean towels & clean beds.

The staff harassed me constantly on the day of arrival. I received WhatsApp messages from 4 different numbers, two phone calls from different numbers, and an email asking for my arrival time! After replying to the first WhatsApp I expected to be left alone but the calls and messages kept on coming! Whoever runs this obviously has no coordination with their team. There was no washing up liquid and the apartment just felt quite grimy. The bathroom had a leak so there was water on the floor constantly.

Great location, comfy bed, well-furnished. Overall good value for money.

The flat had not been cleaned and the sewage stench in the shower room rendered it unusable. The toilet constantly leaks, so there is always water on the floor and the smell is horrendous. I know it seems like reasonable value but only book this flat as a last resort and only if you don't care about hygiene. We will never book this again.

There were no adequate kitchen utensils. Sink, mugs, plates were not clean well. TV didn't work. Bed linen were not sure clean prooerly

The flat was dirty around the kitchen area and the bathroom, the flooring was well past it's sell by date and had gaps etc in it. The front door to the flat was full glass panelled which allowed a view straight into the flat, the door looked like it had been broken into previously and the lock barely caught in its location. I had to wait for the keys more than 30 minutes while someone brought them over from the hotel even though I'd prearranged a time that I would be at the property. The toilet seat was loose and dangerous and the shower hose sprayed more water out of the hose itself than the shower head, the shower head bracket on the wall was loose and you were unable to shower without taking the head down and using it in your hand. Blinds over the windows were missing the ability to roll them up and had to remain in the down position. The hallway to the flat was filthy and clean linen was stored on every landing which blocked at least 50% of the landing space. If there were ever a fire in this flat or the flats below I really don't think you would get out, no fire escapes or fire alarm etc. I suppose for the price in the middle of Mayfair it's a fair price but I will not be returning as I actually feared for my life if ever there was a fire.
