Location, beautiful spot for exploring the area. Lovely forest walks and stunning beaches nearby. Cosy cottage. Very homely. Woodburner with plenty of wood. Beautifully decorated for Christmas which made it feel very welcoming. Second visit, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Some low ceilings. I'm 6' 6". Not a problem for wee people!

Loved it. Ideal for a relaxing break. It suited us perfectly. I hope we'll be back. I coped fine with the low ceilings.

Location was lovely and peaceful beside the barley fields. Everything we needed was available, including a bowl for our dog. Lovely welcome biscuits, kitchen was well provided for, cleaning products etc, etc. Lots of lovely walks and golf nearby. Roseisle, Findhorn, Logie Estate and Culbin forest lookout tower worth visiting:)

Beautiful historic cottage which is well maintained and nicely furnished and decorated. Peaceful environment, plenty of space and a beautiful, fenced garden. Dog-friendly accommodation. Conveniently located at the Highland boundary

Location was excellent. Not far off the main road but in a very secluded spot. Not far from the local town and also near the coast and local woodland to explore.

Cozy and peaceful cottage in a beautiful Estate. Very clean and nice wee touches. Great location to explore the surroundings and quite. Best sleep in a while. Was great to hear the woodpeckers.

Beautiful warm & welcoming cottage in a stunning location. It was a lovely surprise arriving to tea and biscuits. Beautiful beaches nearby. 5 minute drive to Tesco. Will hopefully return again soon.

There was nothing we didn't like. There could perhaps have been a few more kitchen supplies, such as a colander and pasta bowls etc, but this did not detract from our overall experience

We loved everything! It was secluded enough to feel very remote but close enough to amenities that shops could be reached in about 10 mins. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We are intending to book to return in a few months

The photos don't do this place justice, the location is beautiful, secluded and serene although it's not far from the town. The cottage is cheerful, spacious and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The beds had a line in the middle not a complete mattress on the beds

The cottage was rather basic although it was functional. The TV was also basic. The bed mattress was also very soft, would have preferred a more firm one.

Too many cobwebs and spiders. This place needs a deep clean especially around d beds, ceilings and inside kitchen cupboards. We left after one night and went somewhere much cleaner.

We would definitely stay here again, but perhaps mattresses and a shower update in the near future would be good, as both are a bit dated.

This is a very clean property with all amenities you might need and it was even decorated for Christmas! A really nice touch.
